Tried this nail salon 11/19/24, seeing the great overall reviews I was excited going in but left extremely disappointed. Me and my friend both had nail techs who were not very skilled with the gel and kept placing it poorly on our nails, on top of taking way to much out per nail. My nails were not even measured to make sure they were the same length and or shape which was odd to me as they always measure and match the nail length. My friends full set took 2 hours and the tech had to keep asking for help while doing her french full set. My French tip was done poorly and the polish chipped 12 hours after getting my nails done. The same nail that chipped is already raised off my nail.
2/5 stars as this experience for me and my friend was poor. 🙁

Paid a ridiculous amount of money and didn't even get what I wanted, the line to my French was so thin I asked her to make it thicker and they said they had to charge $25 extra for an accent line of glitter cause "it's really hard" never has a salon said this to me! I got gel on my hands and normal on my toes, the pink to the French is so pink on my toes and the normal polish on 3 of my toes came off in the shower less than 2 hours after I had it done i wore flip flops home and didnt do anything before the shower, a pedicure with normal polish and a "manicure" with gel polish was $95?! Yes the massage was very nice but the quality is lacking. I just moved to town I work construction so I can only do polish and the photos i saw online look nothing like what i had done, I was in a great state when I went in cause I heard great things, it is not what I thought it would be I paid for something that I didn't like and now my polish is ruined for my trip tomorrow, I'd go back and have it fixed but I leave at 3:00 a.m. so now three of my toes have no polish on them all because I took a shower?!? Will not be going back. I'll drive to Vernon Rainbow Nails and get what I want without ridiculous extra charge for some glitter and they won't round my nails when I ask for square with round edges.

Maggie and staff are amazing! They are so talented and so accommodating!! I never leave there disappointed and wouldn't go anywhere else. Prices are good for such maticulous work. I'm super picky about my nails and sometimes indecisive but after a visit at Sugar I have the best nails!! Today I got the cutest kitties on my nails for Halloween !! Highly recommend!!!

By far one of the best experiences I had at a nail salon. I rarely treat myself to a spa day and had a gift certificate from my husband to this nail salon. I find myself to be very awkward and lost in this situation because I do it so rarely and there are always new techniques for nails. Maggie was so helpful in getting me the look I was going for and Sam is so great making sure you’re comfortable during the pedicure. I found the place I’ll be going from now on and might even try to make it a regular thing. I’m so glad they’re right down the street from where I live and I owe my husband a big kiss for the awesome gift.

Love this quaint and hidden nail spa. Attention to detail and so so kind. A million colors to choose from! Mani and pedi are fabulous. Highly recommend! (Great massage too!)

Sugar nails is amazing! I’ve been here several times, and every time I’ve
been impressed by the staff and the services i’ve received. I’ve gotten acrylic tips with powder a few times, and my nails always look fabulous and stay on for 3+ weeks. They’re also great with waxing and massages! Highly recommend if you’re in the Marlborough/East Hampton area!
