I went here for the first time today. Heather was very nice and asked lots of questions about my hair FIRST , gave me hints and advice that I really needed, and she took her time and did a great job. I've had trouble last few years because of changes in my hair and Heather was the first to truly try and understand before starting. I really appreciate her taking that time and doing her best.

Heather has done my hair for the last 22 years. Over those years she has cut it, colored it, given me Great Lengths extensions, and permed it. She has given me blow outs and styles, eyebrow waxes and spray tans and I've been happy with it all. She is honest with clients and will ask questions to make sure she understands exactly what you're looking to achieve. If she thinks she is unable to give you what you want, she makes suggestions for something that will work, based on her years of experience.

I went to get a permanent wave. I realize that hair service is becoming a thing of the past. But that is what I wanted. I knew that the perm was going to fail, due to her not making sure that every rod was hit with perm solution. I had asked her to use smaller rods, I TOLD her she could cut it afterwards if needed. She used larger rods without telling me anything about it...my bad, I should have looked. But when U tell a person that U have given 60 bucks to do something...U would think that that person would do what U paid them to do. Or at the least have the courtesy to TELL U that they weren't going to do what U asked. And I think it would have looked O.K. if the hair had all curled the same...but without the solution being evenly saturated on the hair & rods, that didn't happen. Now she can do a nice hair cut...& probably other things that are more current. But be aware...I wish I had been.

Wouldn’t go back. AWFUL customer service and honestly they didn’t do a good job either. The color is not the color that I asked for and my hair isn’t even cut even!! I am now going to another hair salon just to get my cut right. Way overpriced for what you are getting. I also DO NOT recommend getting a tan there! So unsanitary!!
