Third time coming here. First two times went well. This time my eyebrows were left uneven and one was super thin. She missed a ton of hair and took off more than she needed to. Will not be returning.

I have been going here for years and the business is going downhill. Customer service is terrible. The owner is extremely rude and I feel as if she purposely messed up my eyebrows because she didn't want any more customers. I arrived at 5:15pm and she had her open light on, I walk in and there are 2 customers waiting as she works on another. She never once stated to me that she was closed or was no longer taking customers or I would have simply left. She waits until I get in the chair and tells me she is now closing at 5 on Saturday. She then proceeds to ask me if I would like them as thick as possible I said yes. She then does my eyebrows as thin as she possibly could as she complains about more customers coming in. Terrible customer service and terrible work. I wouldn't recommend or ever return. She needs to learn professionalism and how to treat paying customers. A simple I am no longer taking customers or I closed at 5 could keep more clients from leaving instead of accepting them and doing bad work because of your feelings.

Used to come here regularly when I lived on the west side of town, even though she will scalp you if you don’t tell her to leave them a little thick….Last time I came here she pulled out another chair for me to sit in in front of everyone. I was so embarrassed I just sat down and didn’t say anything. I’m plus size but i’m not “break a chair” fat. Plus if you worried your salon chair is that fragile don’t be so cheap and buy a better built one. I will not be back.

Basically took my entire eye brow off, went to ask for a refund because both eyebrows were so uneven and she told me no. DO NOT come here, these people will mess you up! Very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. And they don’t think to request, if you ask them to ‘clean up’ your eyebrow they will make them so thin. Horrible place.

First time going & I was very impressed! I am very particular about my eyebrows and how they are maintained. I found this place on Google and the reviews did not disappoint! I asked for Mrs B who was very sweet, knowledgeable & does an amazing job at eyebrows! I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered!! Anytime I’m in town I will only come here. You won’t be disappointed. I posted this on Facebook also. This place is the best hands down . My eyebrow lady is going to be mad I cheated but it’s so worth it!
