The haircut experience was great here, they were fast and they knew how to tell you how to blend certain haircuts. I've always had thick, coarse hair, so it's nice to have a well-done haircut and beard trim where I look and feel good.

Have been coming here for almost 2 years. Have to explain the cut every time (even though they continually say they’ll update their system). Stylist today was rude, pointing at the slip and saying that’s not what we have on file. Just got out of the chair and left.

I started coming to SportClips in Willowbrook about a year ago. I normally went to a location on the south side that is closer to home, but my oldest child has practice everyday about 5 minutes from the Willowbrook location and I figured it was a good way to kill time while she’s at practice. I’ve been very happy with the cuts and service I have received until today.

I selected the “first available” option when checking in online because the haircuts have always been great no matter which stylist cut my hair. I arrived and waited until I was called by Olga. We went over the cut, a zero on the sides, faded to finger length on top.

She starts shaving the sides of my head and then takes the bare clipper and shaves my beard off to my earlobes!!! I finally had to pull my head away and asked her why she shaved off my beard! (Even the other stylists stopped cutting their customers to see what happened when they heard me ask why she shaved my beard off) She said she wanted to “clean it up”. Never in my 7 years of wearing a beard, and getting my haircut at various SportClips locations around the country (I travel for work and sometimes get my haircut at the SportClips near our offices in Miami) have I had to ask a stylist not to shave my beard off my face!

I’m giving a presentation to a group of people for the next two days and have this funky looking low beard that abruptly ends at my earlobes! I don’t know a single person who wears a beard with a faded haircut that cuts it down to the bottom of their ears. By the time I fade it, it will be beyond the bottom of my earlobes.

I’m absolutely infuriated. I’ll never return to the Willowbrook SportClips for a haircut again. I’ll stick to the location near my house where I’ve been getting consistently great haircuts for many years.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. They will respond to my review thanking me for the feedback, and that they will “look into it” and that’s where it will end. She should have 100% comped the haircut.
