Do not go here ever, not once but twice they screwed up my haircut and the second time wasnt anywhere close to what I had asked for . I will not be going to any sport clips nor will I ever recommend them again! Which is pretty sad when you have 30 year old women 40 year old woman who should know how to cut hair by now! And having the windows blacked out so people think you're closed so they don't come in so you can sit there on your phone all day doing nothing is ridiculous. And there's no excuse for it. The sun was still rising in the east! And it's funny because after you email the owner they tell you oh I'm sorry about that and then do nothing to compensate you for cheating you out of money that they don't deserve. And I will be calling the better Business bureau. Good luck staying in business I give you 2 years tops. And its funny because they're perfectly fine with taking your money for not doing their job. And giving you nothing but a sorry we'll try to do better .

The ladies that work here are always super nice, polite, and professional. Always leave with a great looking haircut. Their hair products are expensive though!

Everyone here is so nice and friendly. My son loves going to sorts clips to get his haircuts and they have some great products for guys that smell awesome.

I originally gave this business a neutral 3 star. I never hated this place, but was never overly impressed. I did like they offered Military discount, but was always annoyed every time I signed into the que, I'd get notified I was next in line and zero people ahead of me. Just to always have a 10-20 minute wait while no one was in a chair, finishing a haircut.
When I left my neutral, 3 star review, with no comments, the owner actually looked up my number and called my phone. Now maybe that could be seen as good customer service. But, it felt like harassment to me and made me feel it was very unprofessional. As if how dare I leave anything but 5 stars for her business?
Anyway, after that creepy phone call I didn't want to come back. But, the convince of their location drove me to try one more time. What a mistake. I wasn't confronted by the owner, but I'm sure she left some kind of note for the next barber on my profile since she's so good as using people's data.
Anyway the barber seemed nice enough. However, she jacked my haircut up worse than I've had since the PX haircuts in the Army. It was my mistake going in again, knowing her friend's would retaliate on me. But, I was hoping professionals would do better. I was wrong. Never coming back here again. Do not call me on my phone again please. Responding publicly on the review is sufficient.

I had the pleasure of Becky being my stylist. She was very atentive to what i wanted. She was quick with the hair cut but took the time to ask how my day was going. VERY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. I will tell my friends and family to go there.

Loretta was nice and friendly. However, after 5 minutes of leaving I really don't like the cut. Mostly I checked online before checking in and the price online for a Sr Varsity cut would be $16, I was charged $26 which felt wrong for what I received. Next time I'll go with Super Cuts for $19.
