I love, love, love, love this place! been going to Sport Clips for over three years now and every single time no matter who’s doing my hair it is an excellent outrageously Good cut!!! Before 3 1/2 years ago, it was always hit and miss by going to random other places I will never stop going to Sport Clips. I went to the one in Castle rock for three years and now in Monument for four months. For the first time ever two weeks ago, I got my first haircut that wasn’t outrageously excellent, but rather I would say it was OK… No big deal. Well I came back today and I saw Laurie at the Monument location. Of course it was back to the routine of a phenomenal haircut not only was it phenomenal, It was like extra phenomenal today! I will have Laurie as my stylist when I go back in the future. Thank you Sport Clips for the little Vacation I get every two weeks for a half an hour. And Laurie, thank you for such a great conversation and haircut today!!!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at this sports clips location. The wait time said 35 minutes for one son and 40 minutes for the other. There were 4 stylists working so I figured it would go pretty quickly. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours just for my first son to get in a chair. We were sitting in the store the entire time.

One stylist finished a haircut and then started to fold towels, the second stylist cleaned clipper guards and then walked around for a while looking busy, the third stylist disappeared in the back for a while. I watched them chat amongst each other multiple times instead of cutting anyone's hair.

Then I watched two stylists clock out even after we had been waiting for an hour and a half for a haircut (trying to be really patient watching them do everything but cut hair for about a half hour). The picture includes 3 of them not cutting hair (the fourth stylist is cutting hair on the left behind the wall). Then, in the middle of my son's haircut, the stylist stopped and checked her phone for about 4 minutes. (Another picture included of her looking at her phone, near the TV on the right)

I was livid to say the least but didn't want to act like a Karen and then have my kid's haircut turn out like trash. Well guess what one of my son's haircuts turned out like trash anyways. It looked like it had been cut with buzzers which I could have totally done at home by myself.

I've been waiting for my favorite stylist for 3 weeks, and they gave me a lot of attitude when I asked where she was. I also walked in on them talking about other stylists, so if they're going to talk behind stylists backs, imagine what they're doing behind customer's backs. I gave them another chance but, after hearing the way they talked about a certain stylist, it's a place I wouldn't go to ever again. I DO NOT recommend going here.

This store is GREAT!!! My son & I travel from Castle Rock every 2 1/2-3 months to see Ari and get our hair cut by her and her only. The atmosphere in the store is great and everybody there is having fun at 9am when we go down there.

I just wanted to put a review personally, my mom (kitty) Has been with the company for eight years. She recently had surgery on her foot and that’s when it all started going down hill. She Passed all these stylist up within that time and moved her way up by herself. She’s won awards with the company(a lot of them) got her own raises and has been the top stylist for a very long time. But ever since she went to this location it was nothing but jealousy and envy from these ladies. I went in a couple times to visit her and I can just tell by the vibes and how they acted. Ari disappointed me because I thought she would be a better leader . Bonnie’s attitude is terrible, she wanted to laugh and smirk when I came to get my moms stuff out of her locker because they let her go over false accusations. (Bonnie is the problem but nobody wants to recognize it that’s why everyone leaves) my mom has brought more business to them and they treat her like trash. Oh and they do drugs in the bathroom so yall should watch your employees.If I could give zero stars I would

I got a haircut with choosing randomly for stylist but it turned out great. They make you feel comfortable and safe in the environment.

Their staff are welcoming but its always a long line. Usually waiting 45 min or so for a 15 minute haircut. Expensive haircuts and beard trims (nearly 30$ for the basics).
