I know this place is busy and is not fully staffed so I get there early. Today I arrived at 8:31, 29 minutes before they opened. No one else was there. By the time 9 rolls around there are 7 people outside. A lady walks up and says she the opener is running just a few minutes late and heads around back. 5 minutes later the opener puts a piece of paper on the inside of the door saying they won’t be opening until 10 due to staffing. You were late, it wasn’t a staffing issue. Also, have the respect to open door and communicate to the people that are outside.

The "roster" system is an incompetent gimmick.If I owned this store, I'd throw it away as hard as I could. I suppose The owner doesn't like money though? I always tip around 75-80%. Today, Justine will go home wo that tip bc you run a ridiculously useless appointment system. If I could get you on the phone this would be a much more detailed conversation of how absolutely ignorant and low functioning the roster gimmick is. I guess if being smart was easy, everyone would be doing it. ‍♂️

Nice Friendly people . Always busy. Good hair cuts but not very fast. They talk to each other a lot and wonder around while the lobby is getting full , not really doing anything. So make sure u got a whole day to spend to get a hair cut there.

I just got an amazing haircut from Justine. It was moderately busy but most peeps seemed to have checked in on the website, so you can hold a spot. Everyone walking out looked liked they were pleased with their service. This place is a sports place so they offer a hot towel for a facial steam and a neck and shoulder massage. They will wash your hair and give you an awesome haircut but no services such as styling with a curling iorn or color.

First time taking my little boy to a sports clips and he loved it. His stylist was very friendly and made him feel extra special. I feel the prices are a little high for a boys haircut and will likely find somewhere else for a simple trim. However, I wanted my son to get the full Sports Clips experience, therefore, I added the MVP package which made it worth the money.
