Great place for a kids cut! Easy to get on the waitlist prior to showing up and Jasmine was so sweet to my toddler as it was a new place for him. A quick trim and we were out the door!

My go to spot. I check in online, have a short wait and Jasmine and Faye take care of me. The massage and hot and cold towels is a nice touch and they remember me and my son every time we go. I appreciate them and am so happy we have them in Dunwoody. I don’t trust anyone else with my look.

Revising after having had several frustrating ventures to the store. The online checking is more of a curse than blessing. It rarely works well - have had appointments cancelled and have had others pulled in front of me after arrival. It doesn’t account for breaks and start/stop times. Quality of cut varies greatly from stylist to stylist, and for charging $30-40 for a cut and shampoo, the experience has been cut to a brief timed exercise for how to move more folks through.

Just left sports clips in Douglasville, GA. They charged $10 per child for a hard part. I've never paid $ for a hard part ANYWHERE. Hope the $20 was worth it because you've lost my business.

tl;dr - Would recommend. I came in after my haircut was botched at a local barber and Sunye was the one to fix it. (I apologize if I have the spelling of the name wrong. It looks like she wrote Sumye on the card she gave me (maybe I'm having trouble with her handwriting?), but the receipt says Sunye, so I'm not sure which one is accurate.)

I had a terrible experience at the Dunwoody Barber Salon. (See my negative review there for more details.) The person there did not know how to cut my 2 on the sides and finger-length on top. I came to this Sports Clips after I had left the other shop and gone home to wash, dry, and check out the damage. Uneven all over. Short in half the places, long in the other half. I was afraid it would have to be buzzed short and regrown. When I went into the Sports Clips, I was seated within just a few minutes. I explained the problem and was hopeful they could help me fix the haircut. I'd been to other Sports Clips outside the state of Georgia before, but this was my first time at this location. Sunye immediately set to work. She could identify exactly how the barber had incorrectly cut the hair (combing it over to the side instead of holding it up), pointed out the patches of hair he had missed on the neck, evened everything out, and fixed the neck line. Since this was my first time there, I got the VIP treatment included with the price of the regular cut. That was really nice.

I am entirely grateful for Sunye's haircutting experience, good attitude, and how quickly she cleaned up the other barber's mistakes. I would highly recommend her and hope her manager notes her professionalism and customer service. She was very kind and easy to talk to.

The first picture I'm adding is at the Sports Clips but before she fixed my hair. The second one is after I got home and shows how nice and even everything looks after Sunye took care fixing everything!

Other thing I appreciated was the price. Flat $20 for my haircut, whereas the other barber wanted to charge $40 because supposedly a 2 on the sides and finger-length on top is "premium". Not only do they cut your hair properly at Sports Clips, they don't jerk you around with the price.
