I have enjoyed getting haircuts at the Sports Clips in Cumming for many years. Jessica there is very talented, funny and fun. I always get a fantastic cut with laughter. I highly recommend this shop and the great ladies that work there!

The last two times I’ve came here I had great results I was satisfied with. However this experience was a straight up disaster. I checked in and came 2 minutes early and checked in, they then put me first on the list and said Maria would be with me once she finished her client. However she went on to the next person after me to take their haircut and gave me another 15 minute wait time. I decided not to say anything and just wait for 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn I took a seat and clearly explained my directions. Maria however never payed much mind and cut it however she thought was easier with a “I want to go home” attitude. I asked for a texturization and 1 inch off the top with a 3 guard on the sides and back. She however took off 3 inches and did a horrible job while texturizing, basically giving me a buzz. I don’t see how this haircut would be worth anything over $5, horrible experience.

So if im being
Completely honest the only reason at all what so ever the ONLY reason I give
this place 5 stars is because Terene, Every time she cuts my hair, it turns out absolutely perfect!! I've had my hair done by others in the past, but nobody compares to her skill and attention to detail.
If you're like me and struggle with a cowlick that other stylists just can't seem to manage, then Terene is the one you need! She has a unique ability to work with my hair and makes it look fantastic every single time.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine and talented stylist. Thank you again, Terene, for always making me feel and look my best!

I have been cutting my hair with Sport clips across the nation for several years but this was my first worst experience. In fact the haircut itself was decent but the attitude of the stylist (Jessica) was unprofessional and racist. I’m ok traveling a few miles for a different sport clips but not going to go back to this center again ever.

I had a terrible experience at Sport Clips and will never go back. My stylist, Maria, was rude and barely spent five minutes on my haircut. She didn’t clean up the hair on my neck or face, and when she was done, she didn’t even ask if I was happy with the cut. This place is all hype, and the staff, especially Maria, need to work on their attitudes.

Great experience with Amanda in the Cumming, GA location. I’ve used Maria 3 times previously who does an equally excellent VIP Ultra process.
