Check in on line because I was short on time and got there within my allotted time. Signed up for 1st available. Line up board said I was next up on the list stylist ( Savana) skipped right over me and went to another person which board said he was up in 28 minutes. Apparently the board means nothing. I then sat for 15 minutes while she finished his haircut. Then she ignores the fact that I am still sitting there waiting. She grabs a broom and sweeps the entire store. Leans on her broom while she watches another stylist finish a cut of a child. Apparently she did not want to cut my hair. What is the point of having a next up board if you do not follow it. Very disappointing! Hopefully management sees this and addresses this. Good way to drive off clients.

So good! I took my 3 year old son there, with an emergency needing haircut after I attempted to cut it with trimmers. It was his first haircut and the woman who did his hair was so patient and great with him, plus friendly and she did a great job. I am pretty sure her name was Veronica, (🤞) tall, dark hair, beautiful, very lively personality... Anyways I'd give 10 stars to her if I could. I highly recommend!! See pictures for proof!! Thank you again!! Lol they were taken the same day, and he doesn't even look like the same kid before to after! 🤧🫶🤗

My fiancé went there yesterday ,for the first time, just to get his hair cut. Showed them a reference picture for what he wanted. I can understand it not coming out entirely like the picture but what gets me is them cutting part of his eyebrow off, pretty much mangling his beard and even cutting his scalp with what I presume to be clippers. To add insult to injury they cut off half his mustache from the top. Literally half of it is gone. I don’t know what kind of shape up they were trying to do with his beard but they left an entire strip of hair on his neck where they shaved(?) between it and the beard. The overall haircut wasn’t even faded and they just buzzed him. Unhappy doesn’t even begin to touch it. Honestly I wouldn’t waste the money to go here. By the way, the stylist was Veronica.

I took my 16 yr old son to get his haircut here. They did pamper him & treat him very nice. He asked for a fade. He did get a fade but he wasn't happy with cut. He said they went to high up on the sides. Can't really fix without making it shorter. But he chilled out. I thought he looked good. We all know how teenagers can be. I was happy, he wasn't to happy but wasn't screaming "My Hair. Help me." I chalked that up to a good day..

Veronica is a total rockstar with our almost 3yr old grandson. He is not the easiest haircut client but Veronica was a wonder at redirecting and getting through the entire cut. Truly amazing!!!!
