Stephanie is the sweetest, kindest soul! I always leave her room feeling refreshed in more ways than one. The pressure her hands provide is just right, and she consistently checks in with each client to ensure it remains so throughout the course of their treatment. She’s both knowledgeable and approachable when it comes to offering advice on stretching properly and efficiently to maintain good mobility. She has helped me a tremendous amount as I recover from surgery, and I know my body is safe in her hands. I’m forever grateful. Not only for her expertise in eliminating tight muscles but for her friendship as well. She’s a true joy to do life alongside. I highly recommend her services!

Christel gave me an amazing massage as always. She is very sweet but also very good at giving a therapeutic deep tissue massage for pain. She is also really good at making sure you are comfortable on the bed by different positioning techniques she has! I highly recommend her!

This was my first massage, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I arrived, Stephanie greeted me warmly and asked about the areas I wanted to focus on. She was really friendly and made me feel at ease. During the massage, she concentrated on the spots we discussed and even discovered another area that needed some attention. I started with medium pressure, and she checked in with me. When I asked for more pressure, she adjusted with ease. It was incredible!

After the session, she suggested some stretches that help her manage similar issues. Overall, this experience was a perfect 10 out of 10. I’m really thankful for Stephanie and her expertise; I left feeling so much better. A few days later, I still feel fantastic.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! I booked the Ultimate Salt Stone massage and let her know that my shoulders and neck were very tight going in. She spent extra time in those areas and helped so much! Her massages not only help with my very tight muscles, but also are so relaxing! I felt fabulous after. Absolutely recommend her and Spavia!

I have been a member of Soavia Park Meadows for about 10 years. I’m never disappointed. Tina does all my facials and I love her. Christina has done my last few salt stone massages and she is amazing. Perfect amount of pressure and focuses on the areas I need attention too.
