Loved my first experience! I had a prenatal (maternity) massage, and Alison was so considerate, professional and caring, it made my first prenatal session so pleasant!
The atmosphere was very relaxing, from music to lights to decorations you don’t really feel like you are in the city center of Boulder.
Will definitely come again!

Spavia itself is ok. Generally there is a lot of turnover for massage. The person I liked had left. I was just using up a credit I had, and wow!!! Krystal, massage therapist is absolutely fantastic. I’ve never felt so heard before. I always ask for the same thing, spend most of the time on my spine, minimal time on extremities, and it’s rare that it works out the way I envision that. Not only did she actually do that, she was great at communicating about pressure and using breath to help facilitate the process in tight spots. This was The most thorough massage I’ve ever had, and walking out of there, my whole body felt so balanced; muscles and joints felt awesome. I had actually cancelled my membership and was using a credit, and after working with Krystal I re-started it. And the front desk staff is kind and polite.

Clean and quiet. Favorite location by far! Definitely book with Jill if you’re getting a facial or body treatment, she’s an excellent esthetician and my skin is always glowing/crazy soft after I visit. And she is the only one I will book with. 10/10

Giving 5 stars just for Jill. She is so kind and caring. I went to Spavia Boulder for a long time and had a membership just to go back to get facials and other services from her. If you are looking for a day spa for skin care, I 100% recommend it and 100% recommend going to her. I would never stop going if I wasn't moving.

Had booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and is anniversary weeks in advance and had confirmed the appointment.

We drove 30 minutes into Boulder for the massage only to arrive to find out they did not have a masseuse for us. They claimed they called to tell us but neither my boyfriend or I received a call.

When we tried to rebook for the following weekend they had no availability and we had to book 4 weeks out.

I was happy to have a massage therapist who wears & required me to wear a mask.
Spavia Boulder receptionist Olivia (I think) was pleasant, inviting, & helpful.
Spavia was exceptionally clean & comfortable.
Xander, my massage therapist, was calm & reassuring. He went over my health history & reviewed how he would modify my massage. He also recommended differences & asked me for any suggestions or requests - firmer/ lighter. He also acknowledged my massage requests. He verified my nut allergy, too, in order to choose which massage cream/oil to use.
The room was dark & calming. The bed was heated just perfectly.
Choices of music, background noise or nothing were offered. I chose ocean waves - & would have preferred just that alone, instead of the music that was auto-added. Next time! You can also choose no background music/noise & no conversation.
The changing area was comfortable & private & sanitized.
A warm clean robe & slide plastic sandals were provided, as well as a combination locker.
Hot & cold tea choices were offered in the inner waiting room, as was a warm shoulder & neck pillow.
A sanitized shower, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel were provided.
Very lovely & calming & rejuvenating experience.

Spavia is such a calming space & Xander is an amazing masseuse. He responds to all my issues & requests. He finds my trigger points & works on them. The massage room is warm & inviting with a salt lamp & calming music. The massage table is warm & comfortable- Xander always asks about the temperature. Xander still requires clients to wear a face mask & he does, too, the N95 kind! I forgot my mask this time but the receptionist had one for me. I’m glad to find a masseuse who does require a mask!
I love relaxing in the warm darkened waiting room after, sipping herbal tea & listening to the waterfall fountain. Xander got me the tea & a neck warmer this time. So lovely to be waited on! The women's changing room is clean & perfect with a shower & supplies. Always sufficient towels. The bathrobes are luxurious. I never feel rushed. I decided to buy the membership because it's such a good deal. I already made my next appointment!

I was recommended to Morgan by another masseuse there for more specific muscle work - & he was correct. Morgan worked on exactly what I requested plus found other areas that were contributing to my severe back, neck, shoulder, scapula pains. She really worked on my entire back & did a pec release. I'm still feeling the great results from Morgan's massage.
I love Spavia - as soon as I walk in I feel the relaxation begin & calmness coming over me.
The provision of thick fluffy robes & sandals & locked lockers is perfect to transition into the women's waiting area. Soft lighting & a waterfall help me to continue winding down & start meditative thoughts.
The rooms are perfect temps & beds are heated - warmer or cooler, as you desire.
Morgan offered me a warmed eye cover once I turned over & it was so comfy & perfect.
After the massage, hot tea & neck/shoulder warmers are provided.
A spa shower is available, along with clean fluffy towels & wash cloths, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion are provided. A hair dryer is also available.
I've had all excellent experiences at Spavia.

I love Spavia! The employees are always wonderful and welcoming. Services are top notch, I can’t say a bad thing about Spavia!

Jill is the absolute best & the only esthetician I'll see. She takes the time to get to know you & your skin to help you build a plan to achieve your skin goals. She's always warm & friendly. She's the best!
