This review is solely based off my first time experience with just a manicure. For all i know the other staff members could be 10x better!

Got a regular manicure here with Kim who sits at #18. She was mediocre, I expected better. She had an older gentleman come in and paint my nails and added the top coat, he did have to file and use the cuticle trimmer again, i guess it wasn’t the best when she did it but he was gentle. Kim seemed very rush throughout her process which was confusing since she stood behind the gentleman watching as he was finishing my nails up.. also, I did have a woman getting her nails done beside me as well, her nail tech gave her a thorough hand massage and all, while Kim just rubbed the lotion on her hand and just went over mine quickly and rushed me to wash my hand without the same treatment the other woman was given.

I don’t understand the pricing as they do not have a price wall and the receptionist doesn’t know the prices either which is unfortunate because of the lack of communication and understanding; Originally Kim was charging me $17 for the manicure and then as I am drying my hands, she takes her receipt back and scribbles it out, walks away to the front, then back to her table, and then finally back to me charging me $20. Granted, I did have old gel polish that had to be taken off and $20 is not a big issue but I do wish there was better communication on what exactly she did to change the price or better yet, a known price for everything that allows customers to know what they will be paying for like a website or a poster at the door. My nails came out cute and simple but whether it’s worth $20 due to the service I got or because the gentleman did some fixing is up for debate ‍♀️ again, the review is based off just my manicure and experience with Kim and no other service. The place is clean though!?

I've been going here for over year. I see Yvonne or Don. They are great! Good vibe. Lots of nail techs and they are open 7 days a week and make appointments. There are lots of polish to choose and nail designs. Quite a few gentlemen go for pedi s with their significant other which is pretty cool

Don is the best! He’s the only person I’ve trusted with my nails for 10+ years. Salon is clean and very sanitary. Recommend making an appt, but I’ve seen plenty of walks in.

I have been going here for many years and so has my daughter. We’ve seen several different techs over the years and always had a good experience- however, our regular techs we use are Ann and she sees Tina. Both are great… a couple days ago Ann did an Apres set for me and I am so pleased. ❤️ She is very meticulous and always does a great job!
