I visited Spa Medical in Madison a few weeks ago and I was very impressed by the spa and the staff. The spa is gorgeous and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and taken to a waiting area for clients. The waiting area was beautiful and the chairs were very comfortable. I waited less than five minutes (and I was a few minutes early), and was offered a beverage while I waited. I was already getting the sense that I was going to be well taken care of. ?

In my appointment, they made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. Mandy was my injector and I am very happy with the treatment I received! I was told it can take up to two weeks to see the full effect, but the lines on my forehead started to smooth out that day! Mandy is wonderful- she is friendly, easy to talk to, a good listener and most importantly she is thorough. She wants every client to be happy and it shows. ? I would not hesitate to go to Spa Medical again and will recommend Spa Medical to friends and family!

I had a wonderful experience at this Spa! Beautiful place, calm and relaxing! Mandy did my Botox, Juvederm and I love it! Looks amazing! She explained the entire process, asked questions, took her time, answered all my questions. I’m seeing Morgan for sunspots/damage on my face. She started me on the ZO medical grade skincare line, so far so good! I will follow up after 4 weeks, I’m excited about this journey! I feel confident that both Mandy and Morgan will get me where I’d like to be. Please visit this place! You won’t regret it!

Great experience getting Botox with Mandy! She listened to my concerns and recommended the right amount for the areas I wanted treated. I didn’t feel like she did more just to charge more, which happened to me somewhere else. Definitely recommend!

I was so wary of the treatments I was getting done, but Keeli and Mandy were both so super thorough and helpful!! hydrafacial was dreamy, I left super glow-y and I got botox done in my forehead directly after. Mandy was so gentle and quick with the botox!
