Fui por primera vez junto a mi familia pero en recepción nadie me advirtió que los jacuzzi son separados hombres de mujeres por la razón de que todos están adentro desnudos aunque entiendo la cultura fue muy incómodo para mi, las instalaciones son muy lindas pero deberían dejar entre sus políticas por lo menos dejar usar el traje de Baños no me gusto para nada sorry

The no refunds sign should be located where you can see before purchasing… This was a terrible disappointment. We hoped this was like Jeju but newer and better, but it is NOT. These saunas are not hot, warm at best. The 3 of us all came from 45 minutes away and left after only 20 minutes. The manager wouldn’t refund any portion of our admission as politely and kindly as I tried to request. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

I recently visited Spa Land and Sauna on a Sunday afternoon and it was a truly relaxing experience. Loved the options between hot and cold tubs, allowing me to alternate between the two and fully enjoy the benefits of both. The sauna rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to unwind.

I also indulged in a massage; they assigned me with masseuse Emily who carefully helped relieve tensions on my back and neck which left me feeling rejuvenated. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring that I had a pleasant experience throughout my visit.

The food was another highlight – delicious and perfectly suited to a day of relaxation. Overall, Spa Land and Sauna provided an excellent blend of services and amenities, making it a perfect destination for anyone looking to relax and recharge.

I recently indulged in a much-needed well-being day to recharge and unwind at Spa Land & Sauna. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped by the serene and calming atmosphere. After paying the $38 admission fee, I was asked to surrender my ID; a requirement I found a bit odd, as it seemed unnecessary and posed the risk of misplacement. Nevertheless, I received a numbered locker key wristband, which conveniently allowed me to charge meals and other services, along with a spa uniform for the coed areas.

An observation I noticed was the absence of a spa attendant to guide guests through the protocols and amenities, which would have been especially helpful for first-time visitors. Fortunately, having visited before, I was familiar with the layout and routine. Shoes are not permitted beyond the locker area, but there is a separate compartment in the locker to store them. The women’s locker room was well-stocked with essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, cotton buds, hairdryers, hair care products, and even a disinfection robot. However, the combs could benefit from being individually packaged or sanitized in barbicide for better hygiene.

I opted for the body scrub package, which took place in the wet area where clothing is not allowed, and guests must shower beforehand to use this facility. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in the open shower stalls. Before my session began, I spent some time in the soaking hot tub, followed by a rejuvenating steam room session, and then a brisk dip in the cold tub. The body scrub, performed by Ajumma #7, was thorough and left me feeling refreshed. She meticulously scrubbed every inch of my body with exfoliating gloves, washing me down between each layer with buckets of warm water. She even gave me a relaxing hair wash. At the end of the service, I was instructed to rinse my body, and I emerged feeling polished and completely “glowing.” For those who are uncomfortable about being in your birthday suit, the wet room may not be for you, but honestly, no one in the female locker room cares. While towels were provided, it’s worth noting that they were quite small, more like hand towels than full-sized bath towels.

Following my scrub, I changed into the provided uniform and explored the communal coed area. The spa boasts a variety of sauna rooms, each with unique themes, temperatures and health benefits. There is also a meditation area, a relaxation area where you can unwind with friends, or find a quiet spot to get some work done. For families, there is a children’s playroom and media section. The facility was spacious and spotless, with ample lounge chairs and comfortable couches, creating an inviting space to relax. Dimmed lighting and soft blankets added to the tranquil atmosphere. Among the sauna options, my top picks were the ice sauna, rock salt sauna and the far-infrared rays bed in the wellness room.

However, not all guests respected the tranquil environment. Some were watching movies on their phones without headphones, and a few noisy children running around, which detracted slightly from the otherwise serene experience.

After several hours of blissful relaxation, I headed to the food court for a delicious meal. The spa even offers internet access for those needing to stay connected.

The manager, Johnny, and his team (Leslie and Roxana at the reception) were friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. In summary, Spa Land & Sauna is an ideal retreat for anyone seeking relaxation, rejuvenation or simply a day of self-care!

I've enjoyed their saunas and spa services on several occasions and have only had one unpleasant experience about a year ago. A group were speaking very loudly and no employees asked them to quiet, I had already enjoyed at least 5 hours so decided to leave. Other than that negative experience every other visit has been very relaxing.

The facilities and restrooms are always clean, however I have noticed it's cleaner earlier in the day and that's the time I prefer to visit. The aunties performing body scrubs and oil rubs are extremely good at what they do with very strong hands. I have received the best scrubs and deep massages at this location and the price is very affordable. I definitely recommend the scrub with oil, your body will feel like you have new skin. I paid $120 for 60 minutes which included a scrub, oil massage, and a collagen mask.
If you want to go in the soaking tubs or steam room you must shower first and this requires you to be nude, however you can also skip that part if you're not comfortable and just put your uniform on and enjoy the hot saunas. Also, the body scrubs and oil rub requires you to be in the area where no clothes are allowed. It was awkward my first time then I realized there is no perfect body and nobody is staring at me.

If you're on a budget or just not in the mood for a spa treatment don't worry, you'll still feel so relaxed and in spa mode by experiencing the different hot saunas and of course ending with the cold sauna, and you get all that for $38.

Make sure you try the food and drinks in the restaurant and juice bar and check the hours so you don't miss out on a meal. I always enjoy the kimchi fried rice and I try a juice.

Always a relaxing time and I'll continue to visit here, primarily during non peak times since I don't enjoy crowds.

Jay at Spa Land gave us an incredibly warm welcome. John was the perfect host explaining where everything was in the sauna. And Steve gave me the most thorough body scrub and massage of any Korean sauna I’ve been to (Spa Land is my 7th establishment in 5 cities)

The space is large, new, clean, and smells great. There is plenty of room to relax and enjoy a number of different sauna experiences. The lighting in different areas creates a nice mood. In the male area the locker room is bright and clean and I like that there is one locker for clothes and shoes. Hot tubs and showers were also perfect.

We enjoyed lunch here too. The stir fry shrimp and vegetables was flavorful and light and include kimchi and cucumber. It contrasted well with crunchy, egg rolls and savory fried dumplings.

The body scrub with wrap and mask was so everything! They thoroughly scrub you down and your dead skin comes off. This isn’t luxury level spa so if you get a nosy treatment expect to have it all hang out! Which is freeing. I spent a relaxing day here for the first time on my bday and enjoyed it. I started with a chair with foot massage combo which was nice as well and set the tone. They have a pretty firm touch. Also had lunch, the seafood ramen which was pretty good. I was perfect timing to spend time in the saunas and eat soup, for the drop in temperature for Fall.
