I had an absolutely amazing experience at Spa by the Square! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. The facial was tailored to my skin’s needs, and I could immediately feel the difference—my skin felt rejuvenated, fresh, and glowing! The massage was equally exceptional. The therapist was professional, intuitive, and applied just the right amount of pressure to melt away all my tension. I left feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. I recently visited Spa by the Square for a HydraFacial Platinum treatment, and unfortunately, it was a complete waste of $265. The experience was disheartening from start to finish.

DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU LOOK LIKE ME‼️‼️

First, the procedure took only about 45 minutes, which felt rushed given the high price. I drove an hour to get to the spa, expecting a thorough and rejuvenating treatment, but I left feeling worse than when I arrived. My skin looked better before going here! SMH My pores FEEL and is MORE CLOGGED after the PLATINUM HYDRA FACIAL treatment, and it was clear that nothing had been properly extracted from my face 🙁 . The Esthetician was massaging my face in the WRONG direction to cause wrinkles! Instead of going up and around the eyes, she was coming down my face and around my chin!
They shave your face which makes your face prone to breakage because they slap tons of oil on your face right after.
I’ve never had this many breakouts after a facial and I’ve had multiple facials. My whole face is clogged now.‼️‼️‼️?

I had high hopes for this facial, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Save your time and money—this COMPANY is not worth it.

Should’ve just stuck with going to the city or even purchasing proactive it would’ve saved a whole lot more And time

WOW! Absolutely beautiful place. Came in this morning to my appointment with Kelly and was greeted (by name) right away by the front desk. This was my first time ever getting a message and Kelly has me hooked! The spa was clean, smelled nice. The room was decorated nicely, soft music playing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I have already recommended a few people here, I can’t wait to book again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Allen was WONDERFUL! I got a hot stone massage by him and it was hands down the BEST massage I've ever had! Not to mention the aesthetic is beautiful and the place is CLEAN! All the staff were kind and caring. Great experience!

I just received the most incredible and relaxing facial of my life at Spa by the Square!
I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door and everyone I spoke to was extremely polite. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. My esthetician, Danielle, was nothing less than exceptional! She was professional, accommodating and so kind-hearted. She spoke to me as if we had known each other for years. My experience today was nothing less than pure bliss!

Take the time to treat yourself and be sure to do it at Spa by the Square! You will not be disappointed!
