Hotel inclusive spa closed two days of the week and closes daily around check in time. Will have no ability to take advantage of what was supposed to be a perk in my stay for Sunday-Tuesday night at Embassy. Will have to leave the hotel to find a spa we can enjoy when we could just relax at the hotel with the spa that's already on site. Feeling pretty cheated

Booked the couples combination massage with herbal soak for my husband and I’s weekend getaway, and it was worth every penny! The spa is inside Embassy Suites on the second floor. We were promptly and warmly greeted at the front desk check-in upon arrival. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. The herbal soak was wonderful from the jetted whirlpool tub to the wonderful smelling bubble bath. It really kickstarted the relaxation and soothed muscle tension throughout the body. Our LMTs were wonderful and so professional! Needless to say, my husband and I left feeling quite rejuvenated and will most certainly be back!

They were very professional, friendly, and cleanly! Definitely going to come back again the next time we stay at the Embassy in Hot Springs. Megan really took care of us for the manicure and pedicures. We also recommend Josh, Stephanie, and Joann for the deep tissue massage!

We drove 6.5 hours to experience the Spa. The atmosphere was nice, but we were cheated on our services. The herbal bath was just a bubble bath with 1 essential oil in it.

We paid for a body wrap and hot stone combo massage. The therapist did not properly know how to use hot stones, he massage one of my butt cheeks very throughly. We never received proper body wraps, they combined the experience by massaging me the covering me with mylar. I was expecting a .ud wrap.
Then while checking out the male therapist asked my about my personal body jewelry... at check out.

I came in for my birthday weekend to get a massage. JoAnn was wonderful! I work from home and my neck/back always bother me. After she finished I felt like a new person. I highly recommend asking for her. This is going to be my new spa place.

We got the couples massage and pedicures. The wife also got a manicure. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive to all of our needs. Every room was exceptionally clean and relaxing. We would highly recommend Spa Botanica to all. We've been here several times and we continue to go back over and over again. Thank you to the staff there who are warm and welcoming.

Me and my husband came here once before and it was excellent. We came back on 7/30/2022 and it was the worst massage we have ever had. We bought the hr couples massage. It was an hr of oil... my dog steps on my muscles harder and he's a Shitzu. And they still charged us $150. Better than the $200 original price, but still we paid $150 for an oil bath.

A friend and had a wonderful experience at Spa Botanica. Everyone was very nice, the receptionists too. Meghan did our nail services and facial. She was very professional and gave us A+ service. Justin gave us GREAT massages. Spa Botanica is a hidden gem ? at Embassy Suites! So worth a visit!! I plan to return as soon as I can!!
