We at Mattox Studios LOVE photographing at Southern Lea! Not only are the staff fantastic to work with the venue has many amazing places to photograph. The owners ask us every time we arrive if there is anything they need to do or add to help make the experience better for us or the couple we are there to photograph. He highly recommend Southern Lea!

Best venue ever! Everything about this place is just perfect. There’s plenty of room to get ready here for both parties as there is a large bridal suit and a grooms suit. You have multiple choices on what location at the venue to perform the ceremony. There’s tables and chairs already here along with benches for the ceremony and there’s a large kitchen area. Also, Mrs. Munson made the whole process of booking and the weekend of so easy. We will always be grateful for her and her family for allowing us to use their beautiful venue and property!!

This place was absolutely the most beautiful place and the perfect place for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding. We had every bit of 100 people there and this venue handled it fine. Great place and I highly recommend it...thanks

One of the most beautiful venues in our local area. It's stunning in the spring and summer (although a bit hot in the summer, but that's just Florida). It is very classy and decorates well. I will say though that only having two bathrooms accessible to guests (I believe there is one in the bridal room and another located elsewhere) can be tedious when there is a large group.

Absolutely stunning wedding venue with beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately it rained most of the day but still didnt dampen everyones spirits.
The only recommendation I have were the benches the guests sit on during the ceremony. They could use a bit of an upgrade but the reception area is gorgeous.
