I will start by saying the people who work here are very nice and the owner is knowledgeable. I appreciated them getting me in quickly as well. However I am very dissapointed with a few things that happened. My manicure was not cured all the way, so while getting my pedicure, I had to have them fix it, leading to it not looking so great. You can see the layers of top coat and many streaks in the manicure from it. Then, I made sure to ask if the toes were cured because I had a wedding that day and didn’t want another issue. The girl doing them assured me they were. I got home and two of my toes were already messed up. Now two days later, a few have chipped and they want to lift right off. Also, I was in pain when the girl scrubbed my foot, because she was scrubbing the back of my heel and I told her this. I now have scrapes on the back of my heel from it. I honestly should’ve left the paint I had on that I did myself because it looked better than what I got here and would’ve saved me so much time. I paid $130 with for the nails and toes and feel this is not accceptable for that amount of money. Again, the people were nice but they charge a lot for some of the lack of knowledge on their products/how to correctly use them and for hurting the client.

Very happy with the work done by Maggie. She takes a lot of pride in her work and everyone there was very kind and welcoming! I got the gel extensions for the first time and love them!!

I’ll start by saying everyone was lovely and happy to be there. I wanted subtle highlights, they are so subtle you couldn’t see them in the salon until they brought out a ring light. They tried to ask how they could fix it, I said I hated it and they couldn’t. Upon Looking more bits of my hair are literally black. Oh and alll the little extra fees too? It shouldn’t cost $300 to get my hair done. Needless to say I left crying and looking like I left as a 1950’s house wife.

I tried to be patient with the girl. I even thought carefully about my rating while sitting at the sink with her trying to correct the bad hair coloring. I was thinking 3 maybe 4 because she is brand new and mistakes happen. Well, we are at a 2. They did discount the price, which had they not would have been a 1. I got there at 11:15 and left at 1:55 with wet hair because after two color corrections (3 root coloring in total), she was blow drying my hair to the point she completely tangled my hair in the brush yanking my entire head back. I was done.

I was going to get a cut, and after being poked by the hair color bottle, several times, hair color sprayed on my face, her jabbing at me, I had enough. My hair grows slowly and I was not going to risk a butcher job. And the more senior girl told the newbie to use a mask on my ends, that did not happen. Masks are to sit for about 5-10 minutes. I got a quick conditioner in and rinse out.

I was set to have all this pampering done and nope. None of that either. Ignore the advertisement of promises about relaxing and sweet scents.

The owner should never leave a newbie on her own to do such hair work.

To add to this, while she was starting my hair, there was a senior in a wheelchair a bus driver and another lady were trying to get into the shop. Nobody helped them until I told my gal to go over there. And then instead of even acknowledging the group, she turned her back and came toward me. I told her to attend to them. I was taken care of already. Help this family and this senior, at least by greeting them and checking if they had an appointment. Geesh.

Owner did call... said she will fix this after returning from vacation in March. Explaining she hasn't been on vacation for years and how hair coloring works... Well, here is daylight pictures the next morning.

I don't know about anyone else, I do know I work in a professional environment and like to look my best. That means I really don't want to have to explain this terrible hair coloring job instead of doing my daily work.

I've been coloring my hair since 17, and I am 54, this would have come out better had I done it at home. On occasion I don't mind paying $145+ to spoil myself (and no, they charged my $75). Now I have to spend a ton on conditioner, stripping, and colorant with the hope that my hair doesn't destroy my hair.

First, I'll lead with, I was happy with my haircut. I came in after booking online same day, and for me, I value finding a salon I can walk into. I was floored at what I was charged for a simple cut and style. I have short, fine hair and my cut and style took maybe all of 45 minutes. I had walked in and told her my hair had already been washed that morning. She did not wash or wet my hair, and performed the hair cut dry, using zero product. I asked her to style it, because it looked flat, and she offered to curl my hair. She used a dime sized amount of serum and curled my hair in probably 15 minutes. When i went to pay I was floored. She told me it would be $70. Her co worker reminded her of the $12 hair cut deal, which brought the total to $57, plus a tip. It costs $45 dollars for a fifteen minute curl, with a dime sized amount of product. It didn't even get sprayed with spray after she was done. For $70, with the little, baby fine hair I have, I would expect the full treatment. As satisfied as I am with my cut, I simply cannot afford to go back for that service. I wish I would have been told ahead of time that it would cost almost $50 bucks for someone to use a curling iron, with minimal product. I would have gone home and styled it myself.

Disgusting 🫣 🤮 mouse feces on clean towels that end up being used on clients one time use items ie. Emory bords and several other items that are meant to be discarded after each use are reused time and time again think your getting salon grade products used on you nope dollar products I'll never go here again nor would I recommend this place

Got a mani/pedi there and the quality was disappointing. A week later, the gel nails were completely peeling off. The place I usually get my nails done at lasts for at least 4 weeks. Gel nails should be lasting longer than a week. Not great quality.

Update: spoke with the owner & she was very considerate and allowed me to get my nails fixed at no cost which I really appreciated. These nails have held up! It was definitely an application issue the 1st time I went.

I had my son go get a haircut this week and wow they messed it up. Her name was Katie, I would like to at least get my money back and have her fix this mess. My son asked for a taper fade and she completely did it wrong. I am so disappointed. She charged him 40 dollars, wow
