This is a very nice park. Employees are friendly. Gravel in the spots. Not very level. Spot area in most spots are small. Every spot has a picnic table. Not too crowded. Park is quiet and close to the casino. Lots of grass. Great for my dog. There is a small off leash grassy area. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Showers and bathrooms are very clean. Laundry is reasonably priced.

Great place for a one-night stay on our way to Albuquerque New Mexico. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Sites were level and loved having an end site with grass was a huge bonus!

We stayed here 14 days to relax and visit all of the surrounding ancient ruins and hike the many trails. There is lots to do if you are an outdoor person. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. Sites and interior roads are gravel. All of our full hook-up utilities were excellent. The spacing was good between sites. We enjoyed our stay here and had great dining in Cortez.

On July 6th, we lodged at this establishment. Coincidentally, they were hosting an Independence Day celebration, complete with a fair and fireworks display. (We were unaware of these festivities prior to our arrival.) The RV sites are in close proximity to one another, yet they appear to be satisfactory. Our stay was limited to a single night.

Beautiful park within walking distance of the Ute Mountain Casino.
The problem is that there are random people coming in and out of the park, using the facilities and then just leaving. Many of the spots are taken by people living here full time. Homeless people using the pavilion and sleeping in tents.
The only park I have ever stayed in where I didn't feel safe and made sure to lock up everything before going to sleep. Wouldn't want my wife walking to the casino without me.

We stayed at the RV park. Clean well managed and is perfect for a couple of nights. A Casino next door also a travel center close by for gas and diesel fair prices.

Bathrooms were nice and the location was close to where we wanted to visit but that was about it. There was no playground as advertised and the pool and spa were gross. A lot of people there were full timers and their campers were falling apart. In addition the staff is not friendly at all. I witnessed them yelling at kids a few time and also just cold to you as a guest.
