I made the same review on Yelp, but it is flippin’ true.
It took me a long time and lots of research to find a place that I would feel comfortable to go to for all my beauty needs.
Well, I'm saving you (the reader) all of that work, because I have never felt more at ease in any establishment, so I must share.
Pam and friends truly are a gift. They're always welcoming, always smiling, and most importantly they take the time to listen to me. I know my needs as well as any concerns I may have will be addressed in a safe, respectful, and clean environment.
Seems too good to be true? Nah, they get it done and they have fun while at it.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Silk and Co and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The design of the spa is beautiful and the range of services offered is impressive. The staff is highly knowledgeable and professional. What truly sets this medical spa apart is their commitment to using high-quality products and the latest technology. I felt confident knowing that I was in the hands of experts who prioritize both safety and effectiveness.
I opted for a facial treatment, and the results were outstanding. My skin felt rejuvenated and looked radiant. The esthetician took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment to meet my specific needs. I have since returned and have had several other treatments performed by Pam such as botox and fillers with outstanding results. Overall, all of my experiences have been nothing short of amazing.

I had 7 procedures done on my first visit. All were amazing!!! I had a luxury facial with Ashley that was a 10 out of 10. I feel like I have new born baby skin on my face for the first time in years! Ashley was very knowledgeable about skin and has been working with Woman’s skin care needs for over 10 years! I highly recommend her for any of your skin care needs.
Following the facial I had a new laser procedure called V Tone and Forma V for an issue I’ve had since being diagnosed with kidney stones that required I have stents placed and then surgery to laser the stones. I had many complications following the stent removal that left very undesired long lasting issues. This Inmode Laser procedure done by Veronica has solved my issue in less than 24 hours which has changed my life for the better considering I was told by my Urologist Gynecologist that to solve my issue another invasive surgery would be required. Veronica was kind gentle and reassuring and while there were no guarantees made that this would work for me it has and was far less invasive than another surgery. The care given by Veronica and Pam to eliminate my concerns made all the difference in me trying this new innovative laser procedure.
The Staff at Silk and Company are professional and highly trained they truly care about Women’s Health and go the extra mile to find and provide the most innovative treatments available in the industry today! I live in Tampa FL and will be making quarterly trips to Denver to do follow up care with these wonderful woman that cared so much for me!

Oh Pam !!!! If I would recommend you to go with anybody, I would recommend you to go with Pam. She is full of life and energy and good vibes. Only she is great and tells you what you need and what you don’t need. She is very straight up and forward and I love people that are like that. I moved to Colorado about a year ago. I had been flying back to my hometown every couple of months to get my Botox done. I had been searching for a place for months and months, looking into all kinds of spa’s. I came across silk & co and decided to book an appointment. I am so happy I did, I am beyond pleased with my results. The staff are so sweet and very informative. My nurse Pam made me feel so comfortable and was very attentive. Just overall amazing. I can’t wait to go back for my maintenance & touch ups.

I have been coming here for awhile, and I was really happy for the first few of visits. I always had Pam and she did an awesome job. Pam was unavailable when I needed my appointment, so I scheduled with Alex (her son). He was very pleasant and nice, but I felt like he was injecting in places on my forehead that are outside of what I normally feel. But I figured he is the professional, so I just let him work!
Flash forward two weeks, and there was minimal changes. I called, came back in, and Alex was great. He gave me 12 more units for free as a touch up because he said he thought he “went too high”. He also told me to come back if it didn’t work after two weeks. I appreciated his honesty and he was super nice.
Flash forward another two weeks and I can see small changes, but I still have significant wrinkles. I call again, and I’m told to send pictures of my face, which I do. Two days went by with no response, so I called again. This was where things changed. I felt like I was a big inconvenience. They put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I decided to hang up and call later. I called and explained again, and again I was treated like an inconvenience. I was told “we have a lot of customers, we’ll have to call you later”.
Then, I get a text from Pam. She says she doesn’t understand why I’m unhappy and my Botox “looks amazing”. She also used the words “what exactly is the issue”. It felt really brash, and not the way that you should reach out to any customer. You could clearly see more than a couple of wrinkles in the picture I sent her, but I then sent a video where you could see a ton of forehead movement and very defined wrinkles. I explained how this was out of the norm for me and I am very experienced at receiving Botox. She responded back “Well you’ve only been coming here since last June.” Yes, but I went somewhere else before this for a long time. She offered to fix it on the following Saturday, to which I asked if it could be earlier in the morning and she sent me an appointment confirmation at 9:45 without asking if the time worked. Again, it felt very brash.
She then sent me some “before” pictures and said there was a “significant change”, but she sent very old pictures (when I had a 9 month gap in between treatments), not the picture that was taken before this treatment. This felt incredibly dishonest. Why would my before pictures from a long time ago be used to gauge how this treatment worked?
She also made sure to tell me that usually they “only give 2 units as a touch up” and I had “gotten 12 units for free”, but it’s not my fault that the injector (by his own admission) put it in the wrong place? I usually get 20-25 units, if I only got 12 units in the right place, of course it didn’t fully work. I felt like a freeloader and like I was being accused of trying to steal free units, when I was specifically told to please call back if I was unhappy by Alex. It felt like an odd way to treat a client that’s been returning for awhile. At a bare minimum, you’d think there would be a level of politeness and honesty.
It felt so confrontational and icky and I didn’t feel comfortable going there anymore, even for another “free” touch up. I’m really sad because this place was so great at first and so close to my house. I’ll be returning to my old place, where they offered to fix this work for free. I have seen the aggressive replies to the other negative reviews and I am sure I will get a reply as well (they have the same energy I was being texted with!), but I’ll include a picture that I just took, a mere 2.5 weeks post treatment. “Looks amazing”, right?
I received a very aggressive phone call from Pam at 9 pm questioning me on my review after it posted. It was the right choice to go somewhere else for sure!
