I had to take a second and say they are usually good. I will never see Chloe from there again. She was rudely positioning my arm to correct it so she can continue painting my nails. Then cut me not once but twice . I showed her I’m bleeding but she said yea it’s your nails. Never offered me something for the bleeding just continued painting. Then after finishing my gel manicure I’m showing her there’s paint around my nails and she said yea just wash it off when you wash your hands. My 7 year old niece could’ve done a better job. Sorry very unhappy customer here.

i don’t normally like doing bad reviews but i had gone here on monday. the first picture shows how the heart nail looked scraped? this happened a day after my service and there are dents and holes, the tips of my nails began to chip. the second picture is from friday. this gel manicure didn’t even last me a week. very disappointed in the service and the customer service dealing with this issue.

They did a beautiful job applying the acrylic nails, and the gel polish and pedi were fine. 2 weeks later I went back to have them removed (I had this done for an event) and the young guy who sniffled and coughed the whole time behind his mask pretty much destroyed by natural nails which were not strong to begin with. No soaking to soften the glue, just clipped and literally dug under the glued on nails with another acrylic nail to loosen them. Then he use the electric file to take off the remaining glue and gel. My nails are now split and chipped. It's going to take months for them to look decent again. I'm not at all happy with their removal part of the process and would recommend if you want to get acrylic nails you should ask any salon how they remove them first.

This is my "go to" place for spa pedicures (I am not a manicure person). The salon is clean and spacious with comfortable seating and room to spread out. They are always willing to take a walk-in and if they can't, they will give you a time you can return if you want. I would avoid Saturdays as a walk-in, but most times they will find a way to fit you in.

Such a great nail salon! Had a gift certificate for a mani/pedi and will definitely be coming back. The complimentary massage was very high quality compared to other salons I’ve been to.

I went here for the first time for a gel manicure, not from this town. Thought it was great that it only took about 35 minutes. I paid $33 which was also nice. However, when I left I realized the polish looked like it wasn’t applied fully. Two days later my gel is already chipping off the front part of my nail. I am not sure how this is possible for gel. Beyond frustrating.

This was a great experience ! I stopped by while my spouse was on a meeting at Starbucks next door. Zoila was my technician and I got a fantastic ombre powder manicure and a relaxing pedicure. And there was a really great complimentary neck massage at the end ! I will be coming back here when I’m in town.

Beautiful nail spa, very clean! The owners are very friendly and attentive to the customer. The best part is that we use two of the finest nail technicians! Cindy and Lenny do a great job. I followed Cindy from another nail salon. She pays attention to detail and takes pride in her work! Lenny is so patient and has the best selection of butterfly designs ? Thank you girls!
