Highly recommend! I felt tense and was looking for anyone available in the area to give a massage same-day. Fortunately for me, Shelly had a cancellation and was able to fit me in. I was immediately at ease with Shelly. She gave one of the best massages I have ever had. Her techniques and methods were amazing and she used firm pressure which really relieved a lot of tense areas.

I had a massage today with Shelly. She did a great job in working with lots of the knots and tension points. I really appreciated the use of the hot rocks on some of my tight areas. At the start of the session we discussed what I was looking for and any issues I had. During the massage she checked into make sure I was comfortable with the pressure, draping and if I had any problems.
I signed up for massage club, and am looking forward to my next visit.

Working from home and at a desk all day, I suffer from a lot of tension in my shoulders and in my lower back and middle of my back. And additionally due to my pregnancy, I’ve been finding it very difficult to get a good nights rest in a comfortable position.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the amount of good energy in the building. The natural lighting coming in from the window lights of the space gorgeously, and you walk into an open welcoming space where Shelly greets you warmly. The massage room had the warmest lighting and I very much so enjoyed the music that was playing.

She was beyond respectful of my privacy and made sure to ask if I needed any adjustments throughout the entire experience. I really appreciated the time and care she took to work out my pain points (some I didn’t even know I had!) and she made sure to ask if I had any allergies regarding essential oils.

I’ve had professional massages before and I’ve found that everyone’s hands just feel different. Shelly had the most gentle yet firm hands, she expertly kneaded each of my muscles until they were loose and pliable. I definitely am making it a priority to book with her again. Highly recommend her with all of her experience and methods.

I had followed Shelly on Facebook for a while before making an appointment. I recently woke up with my back so bad I could barely walk and I have a very physical occupation. I messaged to ask about an opening and was lucky enough to get in that afternoon! I had an 90 min massage with a little bit of energy work and a foot treatment. Shelly made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in, I immediately felt relaxed once the door opened! The office was spotless and had an amazing ambience and energy. The aroma was perfect, the relaxation music was wonderful and the massage with hot towels and stones was fantastic! I’ve had a lot of massages around the country and I have a high expectation and Shelly exceeded all of them! I HIGHLY recommend scheduling an appoint! Thank you Shelly!
