I have never left a hair appointment 100% happy with the results UNTIL today. Michelle brought my thin and severely neglected hair of 6 years (seriously, no haircut or color for 6 years…thank you motherhood am I right?) and created a beautiful masterpiece. Even though the price tag gave me a little sticker shock, it was WORTH every penny.

Thank you so much Michelle for boosting my confidence and making me fall in love with my hair again. The red is definitely a hit ?

Horrible. Dont waste your money!
I had a "master stylist", was quoted around $300, but was charged over $500, then got an attitude from her when I didn't tip. My hair doesn't look any better than before she did it. I wanted my roots bleached to match the rest of my hair, which is a "sunshine blond" (gold tones). She pretty much did fine (thin) highlights in platinum, then put a gold toner on it, which has since washed out, so it still looks like I have roots, they just look grey now instead of brown.
To have someone else fix it is going to fry my hair, and cost another $2-300, which I shouldn't have to do, as I was very clear before she started that I wanted the new growth to match the ends!

And judging by her responses to others who have been disappointed, she's going to have some sorry excuse, or try to bash me. Very unprofessional.
Here's a clue "owner/master stylist"....Your end result doesn't warrant the exorbitant price tag YOU think you're worth. Other people do way better for half the price, but I assume you're in over your head with rent on that place....gotta cover it.
And don't even suggest that I should've given you a chance to fix it. No....You should've done it right the first time at $500+! It's haircolor 101.
With so many bad reviews, all having the same basic complaints, maybe the problem is you!

Hi ladies, I am new to the area and someone recommended this salon to me. Is it normal to pay $346 (without tax or tip) for a PARTIAL highlight in the Queen Creek area? My hair is neither long nor thick. Pictures and receipt attached. I have lived in Los Angeles, Boston and Chicago and have never paid anything close to this much in what I would consider to be much higher end salons. Wondering if this is what salons are charging in AZ or if this was a bit of a rip off?

For quite a long time and she's absolute perfection her color technique and haircutting is beyond. I also had my eyebrows done, which was also phenomenal book your next appointment here you won't be sorry

I found this hair place last year when moving to Arizona. My daughter and I just love it. I really love the massage bed while getting my hair washed! We see Melissa. I’m sure they are all great there!

2/26/2022. My daughter’s Sweet 16th birthday party tonight. Madison did her hair for her and it came out fabulous! We love the Shea Madison Salon and you will too!

I have been seeing Michelle for over 13 years at this point. I was elated when she opened up this location. Everyone here is so kind, genuine, and thoughtful. Customer input is so important to them and I have never left disappointed. I also know that if I were disappointed, I would be listened to and they would do whatever they needed to fix what the issue is. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Melissa is amazing! She is so friendly and professional. I have tried for years to find the right salon and I’m so glad I took a chance on Shea Madison! It is high end and the price reflects that but you get what you pay for- the experience and result was incredible. If you’re blonde, ask for Melissa. She does fabulous work!

Been going here for a few months now and have always been beyond words happy with my experiences. My haircut was exactly what I was hoping and she was so helpful on ideas. However after my service I got my brows waxed and tinted for the first time. The waxing turned out perfect and exactly what I was asking for, and the tint was amazing it was so nice to see color to my eye brows Unfortunately not even 3 days later and my brows have basically faded back to true or original color. I have taken every precaution for the first 48 hours to make sure the color last but that was not the case.
