I have been an extremely loyal customer since the beginning days of this spa receiving services from the original owner for years. UPDATE: Shalee no longer owns her namesake day spa which probably explains “the rest of my story”. I have always been treated with respect and had exceptional experiences and would NOT go anywhere else for any type of service, massage, facial, wax you name it! This business has grown as has our city. It has a flourishing massage school and employs wonderful people who I have recently been receiving services from. I have had no complaints. A few months ago I went in for a service and I was not happy with the front desk staff. The woman (an older woman) was not welcoming and did not give off the vibe I was used to. No worries until today. I had a facial (over a 200$ service) scheduled. When I booked the appointment I was very clear I was a school teacher coming from over 30 miles away so I would need a late appointment or a weekend. I was given the option of a Friday at 3:30 and assured it would be fine. I knew that would be pushing it but accepted the appointment. I arrived 7 minutes late 3:37 and the same women whom I had caught a not so southern charm vibe from before, immediately announced she was about to call me. Mind you she had not greeted me when I entered, she had not asked my name, and her tone bordered on “mean girl”. She then proceeded to announce she had canceled my appointment and I would have to reschedule. She appeared to be very happy about this (again mean girl vibe) Not one time did she inquire about the situation (traffic in this suck a$& town) admittedly not her problem, however it would have been a kind thing to do! She has NO idea what my life is or what I have done or endured this week as a teacher in an inner city school! She has NO idea that I needed this appointment for my mental health or at least a kind person if it really did need to be rescheduled (which I have a hard time believing 7 minutes is a make or break situation). She also has NO idea I’ve been a patron of this establishment for almost 30 years! Sad to think that 1 interaction completely severed that kind of customer loyalty. I will not recommend this spa and I will not return. All because of a font desk staffer who couldn’t bother to be kind or even pleasant to a paying client. I wonder how many other clients have buzzed on down to the new spa in town to see if it is friendlier? Sad but true sometimes bigger is not better if you lose touch with where you came from.

Whitney, and everyone at Shalee's, are always amazing. Whitney is the best massage therapist Ive ever been to and I always leave feeling so much better. And the facility is very comfortable as well and the online appointment setting is easy to work with. Excellent service!

I love this spa! My skin feels so amazing for days after a facial. I’ve had a few different estheticians and they’ve all been so nice, professional and knowledgeable. The massages are amazing as well! (I wish I could remember everyone’s names… I’m sorry!) Excellent service and I would highly recommend!

This place is amazing. My wife and have come here a couple times for messages and they are always professional and the atmosphere is relaxing. 100% I would recommend this place. The price is kind of high but it is worth it!

I’ve always had excellent experiences at Shalee’s for hydrofacials. But this last visit was exceptional. Taylor is a master with her hands and the strength and pressure was perfect. Only regret is she does not do massages. I will only go to Taylor now for my facials. She goes above and beyond to make the total experience heaven!!!
