I generally enjoy this place when I’m up in the blue ridge area for a nice relaxing spa day. However, I had the worst reflexology massage experience of my life. They have about 70 massage therapist on staff so when you are booking a massage, just ask for a recommendation. It’s too much money to be left that disappointed. ☹️

We received professional and very competent massages. Enjoyed the steam room and sauna is by gender. The women's steam room wasn't working at the time. The spa is mountain cabin themed. The men's waiting room was called the Man Cave and was adorned with hunting motifs and had nice lounge chairs. There was also a mixed waiting room with very comfy couches. Pricing for a deep tissue and Swedish massage was fairly priced. Staff was extremely friendly. Definitely well return upon our return to Blue Ridge.

This spa rivals or surpasses many five star hotel and resort spas I've visited around the world. It has expansive facilities that are immaculately clean and very comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and serene throughout. Kristy (facial) and Melanie (massage) were very experienced, competent, friendly, and provided their services with great care. The whole experience greatly exceeded expectations and was by far the highlight of my visit to the area.

Wonderful service but we were often left to wander around with no idea of what was going on. I booked an entire afternoon for 6 ladies, told them we would want to eat but no time was left available for us to do so. They didn't offer us our complimentary mimosas and some in our party didn't even receive one. Beautiful place but it is ran poorly. They missed a perfect opportunity to up sale with us!!!

My adult daughter and I spent 2 nights here with a spa package each to include a facial, massage, pedicure and salt cave. Everything was top notch. The staff was so kind and friendly. Not only do they provide water, tea and coffee in the waiting area, but cups of trail mix as well. We had lunch at the cafe which was delicious! The room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable and clean. Full kitchen with living room as well. We were greeted with chocolate covered strawberries as promised but also cereal, bananas, milk, orange juice, pastries, yogurt, grapes, cheese and crackers and a vitamin water! We had coffee in the cafe the next morning and did some local sightseeing. It was the perfect getaway and we left feeling very pampered and special. The perfect thing for our girls getaway. Thanks to all! Note: if you go around the Christmas holidays, you are in for a treat! The owner was a florist and she is putting up 200 Christmas trees this year (2024). They are beautiful! We also saw her setting up the rooms for guests! Explains why it was all top notch. She is very hands on and it shows! We will be back! Debi and Amanda
