I highly recommend Select Health & Wellness for chiropractic care! They have been very helpful in my recovery journey. The entire team is knowledgeable, supportive, and patient, offering great guidance on stretches and exercises that I can do at home to promote faster results in recovering. I have my good weeks and bad weeks but I have better mobility with less pain ever since I began my treatment with them. They’re also very accommodating with scheduling, which has been a huge relief when I’ve needed to reschedule. I also made some dietary changes, removing foods and drinks that are known to cause more inflammation. Overall, I’ve had a positive and supportive experience, even on tougher days with extra aches and pains. I definitely recommend them for your chiropractic care. They helped me a lot more than the doctors at the spine and pain office, addressing my concerns and providing solutions rather than “bandaid” solutions that are not guaranteed to last. Dr.Fritz and all his office staff are awesome.We were patients of his for many years and recently moved away to another state, whenever we're coming back to town, we always call and he gets us on his schedule. We so look forward to those adjustments. I highly reccomend this practice.

I was skeptical or just slap scared maybe but I was n pain and didn't want shots or surgery so I tried this and so far within the first week I've been pretty much pain free when I have been multiple years w pain, heating pads , lidocaine patches etc.. soo now I'm lil over month n I believe and I'm sooo grateful to b out of that pain!!! Also the entire office r just awesome ppl good vibes good atmosphere wld 100% reccomend!!

I was having severe back pain from doing a lot of yard work and landscaping. Went to Select Wellness and found out I had 3 compressed disc in my neck and 3 in my lower back. Started therapy with Dr. Fritz and his team doing specific exercises and realignments to my neck, back and shoulders. Now I am pain free, can enjoy doing my yard work and have learned how to do the proper stretching and exercises to alleviate the discomfort before it starts. Highly recommend Select Wellness and the friendly staff to get you back to being pain free!
