It is called Baymount by Wyndom. Stay away!!! The place is in bad shape. Pool was closed and they were using it for storage. Dirty carpet and the room still had milk in the frog which wasn't on. The biggest issue was storing the breakfast food by the backdoor for anyone to do what they please.

Take note Wyndom you need to talk to the personnel about the safety issues.

We had a pleasant stay. Enough parking spaces. Location was good. The desk guy on duty was helpful.
No water in the pool, it would be better to put some blinds on the door so it is not so noticeable when coming (pool door is in the lobby on the right). Based on the reviews from Booking, the pool is not accessible for at least 2 years.

Our room was right next to the breakfast preparation room, so it was loud in the morning. It was very close to the breakfast area, that's why we heard people, children... Breakfast was almost non-existent. When we arrived at 8am, there were empty trays, no bread or toast, no pastries or muffins.... We waited 10-15 minutes while drinking coffee coffee, but nothing was replenished. We thought of all the previous hotels/motels we stayed in during our road trips in the USA. There was always someone checking if something was missing, cleaning tables, cleaning the floor... We didn't see that here. We left because we didn't have time.

The room was in decent shape even though cheaper than other nearby hotels. The indoor pool was not open "because it was closed" as their own sign stated. I would have given it a better rating, but the breakfast was sub-par. I would stay there again, but max one night...

Came down during stampede weekend, to enjoy all that home has to offer, arrived for check in and upon arrival all was smooth until we got to the room.. The bed was disgusting, dust everywhere, annnnddd then... BUGS not only bugs, parasites.. I went down stairs to ask for a manager which then the male who checked us in, replied thats me, I explained showed him a video and he immediately offered a room exchange or refund. He did apologize, but no thanks. Sad to see this hotel go down! I worked here when Mary lou and Don ran the facility and these rooms as they are today, would never be offered until they are serviced and cleaned up!

Absolutely love this hotel!! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. The housekeeper even remembered what coffee we liked and brought it back to us to make sure we got it. I was shocked.

The hotel is modern and has beautiful lobby and breakfast area. The rooms have their own Keurig and pods and are very clean and functional. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and immaculately clean.

All of the staff were more than helpful and always had a smile on their face- a lot of hotels could take a page from this hotel's staff book for customer service.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff, great location as you can walk to most restaurants, in a great area in close proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park.

And at least than $300 for two adults for three nights, I consider it a steal. We will be back!

My stay was okay. The bed had wrinkles and light stains. The furniture had dust. The AC smelled like mold. Couldn’t quite fall asleep due to the rooms not being really soundproof, try to book a room on the second floor because if not you’ll hear everything going on in the room above you- walking, faucets, etc… The pool had no water in it when I was there and it’s funny to me since before you walk in this hotel you see a big exaggerated “INDOOR POOL” on the sign of the hotel.I give the service about 3 stars, checking in was easy and were helpful, they just seem under employed, for example I came for breakfast and this lady was refilling the sausages, there was no one at the front desk when this man was trying to check out i guess. The same lady who was refilling the sausages helped check the man out. Maybe there could be a box or container for people to put their keycards in? The trash was also overfilled. Well that’s all im gonna say. Just came here to sleep and I got sleep!

Every thing was so easy to get the room. Get into the room there's black mold in the bathroom, the cleanliness was below my standards. Dust on the furniture and dirt in and outside of the bathtub. Needless to say the bed had a broken spring that poked my hip all night long. Last year I had no complaints. This year is another story. For the price I don't think it was worth it this year. Hope next year is better.

Great place but the pool was not working and the sign was kind of condincending. We could hear other residents walking around and showering throughout the day. The breakfast you could yell it was just heated in a microwave. Will not book again
