extremely unprofessional! i have legal custody of my sibling and they refused to allow me to cancel an appointment for her because they need to speak with the parent. i am the parent! you have allowed me to handle all other aspects of care but not canceling an appointment? absolutely ridiculous! take your business anywhere else but here.

The desk attendants are ALWAYS so friendly, literally every time I go. The nurses and Doctors that I have had contact with are professional and patient. Wait times are extremely reasonable. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get called back, or for the Doctor to arrive. I have to drive 40 minutes each way, but I wouldn't change clinics even if I found one 5 minutes away.

You feel venerable when you are ill. However when you can not reach your provider or no call back from your provider when sick with Covid makes you helpless. It has now been 36 hours numerous calls and nothing. I had to demand an appt just to talk to someone.SHAME ON YOU SALUD. If it was your family you would have done something and not just ignore them!!! Beware using this provider. You will not receive the care they claim to provide.

TERRIBLE medical care. 1+ hour wait time to talk to someone in the phone who basically just takes a message and you can't hardly hear or understand them due to poor connection on THEIR end. Now, most everything is open to go in except Salude. You have to ring a doorbell and they talk to you through that and no one can hear or understand especially elderly patients when all it does is break up like a bad phone connection and the staff talks way TOO fast. I watched it happen with my own eyes and ears. This is the worst medical facility I have ever seen. And unlike everywhere else, they don't accept record transfer requests via email but also after paying $8 to fax it, "they never got it". No wonder at least 3 doctors have left in the last year. Yikes.

My fiance attempted to get a refill on her medication (not even pain meds or the like, a requirement to stay alive), but they said a blood test is required. We don't live in the area anymore and she only needs a week or two, to get her by until she sees her new doctor. Over the speaker phone, I heard them tell her that "You'll be fine to go a couple weeks without it." She's almost died from not having her medication for a few days before. They literally do not give a flying f**k about their patients, they just want your Medicaid dollars. With what I've seen in the 4 years she's gone here, this disaster needs to be shut down, or at the very least, restaffed.
