I have been here several times and each time has been absolutely amazing. I went initially for the Ozone IV therapy to help with my autoimmune disease symptoms. The day after I first went for Ozone IV therapy, I felt absolutely amazing. I went 3 days later for another one and felt even better. The tired, sluggish days are getting better as I feel physically and mentally more alert. I was so impressed that I went on to try the compression boots, the red light bed, the sauna with ozone, the PEMF mat and the salt room. I have felt notable results. I am actually shocked by how much better I've felt over the past week and a half. I didn't think this was even possible. I 100% recommend stopping by and speaking to the wonderful staff and trying some of their services. I'd start with the Ozone Therapy. The PEMF mat and red light bed has helped the pain of my degenerative disc disease and arthritis.

Hi my name is Sandra. I’m a client at Salt & Light Wellness in Cabot. On 8/15/24 I was down in my back due to suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. My pain was a 10 on a scale of 1-10. I was treated with ozone injections and within an hour my pain had dropped to a 5 by 8 hours later I was pain free.
I came back a few days later with a pain level of 5. I received another set of injections. My pain dropped to a 0 with in 3 hours.

This place is amazing. Anytime I start getting allergies or sick I can go in for an Vitamin cocktail IV, & I'm over it in less than 24 hours. The Ozone machine works wonders; along with the salt room clears my cough right up. Everything you need in one place. Tina & Amber are very educational for all of my health issues...

Absolutely loved it!! I did the Salt Room and it was great! Staff was so friendly I stayed and chatted afterwords with the nurse and some other ladies there. I will definitely be returning and recommend anyone to go!!

Sweet people working. A relaxing atmosphere with knowledgeable staffing. I was a skeptic, walking in with back pain, and just two different treatments walking out being able to tie my own shoes. Go see these ladies and let them heal you naturally.
