I’ve been renting a suite here for over 3 months now, and can I say, that this has been such an easy transition for me since deciding to go off on my own. It can be a scary and exciting time when deciding to leave a comfortable work environment and start your own business, but I made the best decision when I came to see salons by JC in Bolingbrook. It was so beautifully decorated, so clean, and in such a good location, I knew this was exactly what I was looking for.

After meeting Tom and Kim, I knew this was the perfect fit for me. From day one I’ve had nothing but help and support in what was needed to start my business there. Any questions I’ve had or concerns have always been addressed. What is even better, is that this is not a typical suite rental, everybody is so nice and respectful of each other. My clients are always complementing how nice it is there, and the decorations that Kim puts up for the Holidays and special occasions. I would recommend to anybody who’s looking to venture on their own, to check out Salons By JC!!

Gina Marie is my former stylist from when she worked at Hair Cuttery on Boughton. After the first sitting with her, I knew she would be able to take my ideas of what I want done and be able to find a common ground. I went a few weeks ago to get a partial set of highlights and was not disappointed by the results. Her work truly brightened my face, which was great. She does not hesitate to tell you what will or will not work based on your end vision. Through communication, my hair has always turned out fantastic. The stylist in which I attend in this suite is named Kimberly Armstrong. She does hair really well. The owners of this suite are very nice as well. They also have other areas of beauty, such as nails and facials.

I told her what I wanted for the moment I walked in. She decided to tell me while it was already processing that she didn't have time to process it again.. Which is funny right? I mean YOUR the hairstylist professorial. If you SEE my hair type and color and know you DONT have time why start? Seriously, I paid 150$ for the fing technique and didn't get what I wanted.. And no I won't drive back there to fix it, your a waste of time and money. Enjoy your 150$ it won't last long.

Awesome Suite Owners! Gonzalez 22 Studio has been here for two years and it’s been amazing since day 1! Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a suite in the beauty industry. Neighbors are also all very friendly. Wether you’re looking to rent or to get a service, Salons By JC is the place! The private experience is something you won’t be able to live without as a suite owner or as a client.
