I love Salon Sapphire! I have been a client of Sandy's for more years than I can count and she is AMAZING for all services. Hair styles, blowouts, updos, weddings, trims, color, keratin- she does it all. She always does her best to make her schedule work for her clients as well!

The space is beautiful, clean, bright and they always offer water, tea and coffee. All stylists are incredibly friendly and for being an in-town location- parking is easy! 10/10 for Salon Sapphire 💙

In response to the one-star review left by “getzelda” I was actually there as a first-time client and witnessed the whole situation. Honestly, the behavior from the person who left the review was pretty shocking. She was rude, abusive, and disgusting. It was uncomfortable for all of us in the salon to watch, and it was clear Carey was just trying to do her job.

I get that sometimes people may not be pleased with their services, but that kind of outburst was completely uncalled for and disgraceful. I just wanted to point out that, as a fellow client, I could see the way Carey handled it, and she was doing their best to stay calm and professional in a really tough situation.

What’s even more concerning is that this woman has left several one-star reviews on different platforms, all with similar complaints and negative comments. It seems like she may have a pattern of treating businesses poorly, which is a shame because the rest of us were just there for a relaxing experience.

Faith did an absolutely amazing job with my haircut! She really takes in what her clients want for their hair and executes it perfectly. Her extroverted and welcoming personality made the experience all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend!!

Sandy has been my stylist for several years. She has provided countless haircuts, colors, blow outs, textures, and styles to me. She has taken my hair to the next level by lifting my blonde without bleaching. My color and cut looks better than the character “Rebecca” on the show Ted Lasso. Sandy’s talents shine in all areas of hair, especially with her color and coloring techniques, she’s an artist. It’s been tough finding a stylist that matches Sandy’s expertise, since moving out of state. I miss her dearly and always schedule with her when I’m back in Illinois. If you want an incredible stylist that will provide you with celebrity stying abilities I highly recommend Sandy! Plus she is welcoming and friendly and has great style herself.
