I like the setup for the individual stylist and the fact that they're separated from each other. It's really nice, and you have to be let in the main door by someone. Safety is always good. The elevator there is really slow for just 2 floors, tho.

Very bad experience. Went in for a keratin treatment, instead of a smooth hair, I have a frizzy hair now. Wasted 400$. Never try this place

Franxis in Baby Mullet (loft 25) is an excellent barber. I feel like I can be myself there, it's comfortable and trans-friendly. I get longer on top, short on the back and sides. Franxis does a great job.

I am sharing yet another bad experience visiting my hair stylist inside these suites. Management needs to be more proactive with maintenance! I had my weekly appointment and upon arriving at 8:00 a.m. on yesterday morning, there was a strong smell of mildew in the entry area. The ceiling has a serious leak and the carpet was wet. Because there is two doors to enter, the smell is trapped between both. Water dripped down on my head! If I was a stylist that worked in these suites, I would leave at this point. This is not a good look for their customers.

So happy to have found this hidden jewel of a hair boutique. To begin with, Aurora's salon is so beautiful and peaceful with decor colors that just made me happy. Loved her personalized care and attention to detail. My hair looks gorgeous and is exactly the way I envisioned it. I can tell Aurora is proud of her artistry and truly enjoys her work (versus churning out client after client as is the case in many of the big salons.) Highly recommended!

The Salon Loft offers its patrons a private experience. You're treated with the utmost attention. No waiting, upcharging, bickering, or the stylist being on the phone the entire time. My stylist was Cassondra B. I had color and a silk press. Schedule your appointment today. You won't be disappointed.

Your experience here will depend on who does your hair. I had an appointment with Manikka and unfortunately got spotty brassy-yellow highlights with lots of root showing and a really uneven cut (I’m having to spend a lot to get it fixed somewhere else ☹️). She watched TV the whole time and her space is crowded & not very clean, I won’t be coming back.
