I've been coming now for the past 5 or so months, I've been woth Courtney and she's incredibly kind and sweet and wants to provide a very customized experience, from greeting to goodbyes! I love how she offers ideas and really asks excellent questions to appropriately learn about my hair and routines and needs. She ensures that I'm comfortable and happy with every element of my experience and puts a lot of effort into her consultation element of her practice which I love because so many forget about how valuable that part is! I really appreciate how she massages my scalp, almost puts me to sleep every time!!

The way they care for their clients is impossible to miss and it's always clean, friendly, and feels relaxing. I highly recommend and really enjoy this place!!

my stylist today was Courtney, she did an amazing job. i went in not knowing at all what i wanted but after talking with her she helped guide me towards a hairstyle that would not only help my hair but also maintaining it in my day to day life. she was so easy to talk to and make the whole experience feel very personal and even left me with some tips and tricks to style my hair and products to use to keep it looking healthy. 10/10 recommend booking with Courtney she did a great job with my hair. i’m absolutely in love, i’ve been getting compliments all day, will definitely be booking again

It was my first time at a salon and couldn’t have had a better experience. All of the ladies were welcoming and my stylist Franni did such an amazing job! I went for a Blue-Black all over and to say the least , it came out better than I could’ve imagined. They provided such a great experience for myself. I would come back and work with Franni again especially with my curls and any styling! Thank you so much!

My stylist is and always will be Mia! She is fabulous. She is so professional and personable too! When I went in there my hair was a hot mess. When I left I looked like a new woman. The cut and color was spot on and fit my complexion and personality perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend Salon Haven and especially Mia. 10 stars!!!⭐️

I got my roots highlighted to match my long hair length , Courtney did a brilliant job along with Mia who was mentoring her . Together they did a fantastic job and I highly recommend anyone in Naperville to try them . Their products smell so good too. They are gentle on your head ,also they styled my hair wonderfully . Overall best .
