Fibi was my stylist. She evaluated my hair and my previous hairstyle and we decided together how to change it. I spent several hours and received attentive care to my needs. This review is only for Jeff Hooks. He offered a great deal on Groupon for a haircut so I purchased that, spoke with him on the phone and booked an appointment. I showed up 15 min early and he was finishing up with client. After he was done with the previous client, he walked out the front door without acknowledging me and never came back. The salon couldn't get in touch with him and he never replied to me either. He is using Groupon to scam people.

Fibi is the best! I have thick hair that takes a long time to texturize and she meticulously makes sure it is perfect. And the best highlights....wish I could post a picture of what she just did....love it.
