July 03/2024 Update: I wish I just got my money back instead of going back.

they agreed to fix my hair, and they did make me lighter but they had to remove the previous color (bleach), placed foils in my hair (bleach again), and then lightened it once more when I was sitting in the bowl.

I left with my hair light, but there’s distinct orange pieces in my hair. My hair looks terrible and now it’s damaged.

It took years for me to get to a nice level of blonde that I loved, and this salon ruined it for me. Just disappointing.

First visit June 29: I’m not sure how I feel about this place. Customer service, people, and environment are nice, but if you’re looking for blonding services on darker hair I do not recommend this place at all.

Picture on the left, in the red shirt is my before, I was looking for a root touch up for my blonde, I had about 1-1.5 inches of growth. I showed the stylist the same picture and more of my hair and said that I wanted to be brighter. I left the salon with darker hair. There was too many people around and I was being praised about how my new hair looked so good, if dark was what I wanted I would’ve been happy.

I just wish stylist would be honest if they can’t work with dark hair. She did say she would help fix it , but I don’t feel comfortable sitting in the same chair that was unable to give me what I wanted the first time.

Never hated a haircut more. I thought I did the research and picked Gabrielle which is supposed to be one of their top. Not only does she have the personality of drywall but this chick did everything I told her not to do, from making it flip in the back at the end, to not having the front pieces blend in with the rest. Amateur haircut for someone priced that much. She covered it up with product and blow drying that I didn’t realize how bad it was till the next day. When I let them know how dissatisfied I am they wanted me to come in the same week to “correct it.” It’s short enough as it is and you want to cut more? And how can I trust your manager is any better than Gabrielle who is supposed to be one of their top? Give me a break. They didn’t even ask to see pics of what I was talking about which I took to show them the poor job Gabrielle did. They didn’t offer a refund or even to take care of the next cut, just offered to take more off when I told them I don’t want short hair. Talked to their assistant manager and that wasn’t a satisfactory call either but I wasn’t gonna argue. I def will not be going back.
