I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my recent experience with your Senior Hair Stylist Jordan at Parker Location.

I visited your salon on 6th March 24 for a layered haircut appointment with the Senior Hairstylist. As someone who values their hair and has specific preferences for styling, I was looking forward to receiving a professional service as a self-treat for my birthday which was on 6th March which I specifically shared with her.

Unfortunately, I left the salon feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the result of my haircut. Despite requesting a layered haircut, the final outcome did not meet my expectations. The layers were uneven, and the overall cut appeared choppy and disjointed and you can check photos which says a lot as I have never got such the worst haircut.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, I believe it is important to provide honest feedback to ensure that improvements can be made. As a first time customer to your salon I have had high expectations and I would appreciate the professionalism and quality of service provided by your team. However, my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed.

I started visiting Sahair about a year ago, and let’s just say my hair—and quite honestly, my entire life—was in desperate need of a makeover. Enter Amaris: not only a truly talented stylist, but also one of the sweetest, most caring professionals I’ve ever met in the hair world. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely cared for. The vibe at this salon is friendly and upbeat—think laughter, good conversation, and a team that actually enjoys working together. Seriously, everyone is smiling, helping each other out, and just radiating good energy.

I had a major color correction and style overhaul in mind, which meant more time in the chair than I’d ever spent before, but I’m telling you—it was worth every minute. Amaris took the time to thoroughly consult with me, understanding exactly what I wanted, and she nailed it. And if I decide to change gears at the last second (hey, it happens), she’s totally cool with it. No fuss, no drama, just pure professionalism and understanding. She also gives great advice without feeling pushy—no pressure, just honest suggestions.

As a former hairstylist myself, I’m admittedly picky and hard to impress. But Amaris and the entire Sahair team have totally won me over! If you’re looking for a salon that feels more like hanging out with good friends—friends who just happen to be incredibly talented at making you look amazing—this is the place. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now. I absolutely love the way Sam listens, cuts my hair, and trims my bangs exactly the way I want it to be. I’ve had my hair colored by Kylie; she does a great job and I love how the salon gets multiple stylists involved to get my hair done in an efficient manner since I have long hair. I am also thankful for the treatment suggestions and hair products that they recommend so I can continue to have healthy hair.

I am disappointed with my experience with your Hair Stylist, Jordan, at the Parker Location. She did not even spend time on my hair, and her assistant did most of the work. My main concern is that I went for highlights, and no color popped up in my hair. When I asked, she told me some unsatisfactory reason, but technically, they charged $307 for a root touch-up. This pricing, in relation to the service provided, has left me feeling that I did not receive the value for my money. I would caution others against visiting your salon.

I go and see Ashtyn every 4 weeks for my color and cut. I have told her my main concerns with my hair and she always is so knowledgeable and knows what to recommend for me. My appointments are always so relaxing. I love everything she has done for me and I am looking forward to coming back!

Beyond impressed! I was greeted right away by friendly staff members and then led to my stylist’s chair. My stylist was Brianna and she was friendly, easy to talk to, but most importantly she listened to what I was envisioning and made it a reality! The salon was clean and Brianna explained her process every step of the way. If you are on the look for a new salon, please consider this salon and Brianna! Love, LOVE my hair!

I very much booked my service on a whim- I had gone 6 months in between getting my hair done and was desperate to get it cut and taken care of. Sam did such a beautiful job on my haircut- I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered. I haven’t been this thrilled with leaving a salon following a service in quite some time, so will definitely will be back for her again!
