Lisa was very sweet, and I enjoyed talking to her, but did not take the time to cut my hair to ensure that my front pieces will be blended with the rest of my head. My face frame pieces are extremely blocky and don’t blend in with the rest of my hair and doesn’t look great.

Lisa LISTENED, and didn't start cutting untill she was 100% sure what I wanted, and I left happy I got exactly what I wanted for a haircut. Very satisfied, and will definitely return.

Missy was AWESOME! My boys are 8 and 10 and no one ever cuts their hair right… I started taking them to a barber and they didnt do it right… I made a SAME DAY appointment with Missy and she nailed it!!! Used the clippers on one boy but not on the other. Left just enough on top and the haircuts were only $12 each unfreakin-believable!! I gave her a $15 because she really deserved it! She even convinced one of my boys to part his hair to the side! I’ve been trying to do that his whole life!!!! Thank you Missy we are yours for life!

Always a pleasant experience here. Lisa is a gem and always does a perfect job on my hair. I live in Woodstock and really do not mind the travel. It is worth it. First rate hair salon.

I love this salon!! I have been coming here for over a year, every six weeks and am very happy with the results. I even brought my daughter here to get her hair done for prom and she looked amazing. Friendly service, great results, and great prices.

Wouldn't go back if you paid me! I scheduled a "30 minute hair cut" appointment online for $26. The person who trimmed 2" off the back and less than that around my face took only 10 minutes of that 30 minute hair cut appointment to wash and trim my hair. Then said you're all set. I asked, aren't you going to dry my hair? She said I would have had to have scheduled an additional hair drying session at an additional cost when I scheduled the hair cut on line. This is even though it took only 10 minutes of a 30 minute appointment to trim my hair. She never offered me an option to pay an additional amount to have it dried--just I would have had to have schedule an addition session to dry it. So I left with wet hair on a windy day with temperature around 28 degrees and without even fully seeing if what was done was going to look OK till I got home and took less than 5 minutes to dry it! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never go back!
