I had an exceptional experience with Linda at Riccis Salon. From the moment I walked in, Linda made me feel at ease with her warm and friendly demeanor. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me great suggestions to enhance the look I was going for. I got a cut and balayage , and I couldn’t be happier with the result—the color is so rich and the cut frames my face perfectly. The entire appointment was relaxing. I’m beyond thrilled with my new look . Highly recommend!

I had my color done by Linda. I loved the outcome , my color was excellent and exactly what I expected. Linda is very knowledgeable about how to work with hair color even if you come in with 50 shades of yellow she will fix it .

They RUINED my daughters hair! She also had an allergic reaction to whatever products they are using! I tried to have them fix it twice and she left there crying both times. It cost me over $500 to somewhat fix it at a reputable high end salon. I have been a loyal client of Rikkis for many many years and I will NEVER go there again. My daughter had beautiful hair before her appointment and she is devastated.

EDITED TO ADD AFTER OWNER REVIEW: Dan-I did NOT ask for it back to her natural color (like full on color). I asked for the blonde to be toned down a little bit closer to her natural color so the stylist misunderstood our intentions and I didnt know what she had put on her hair until it was too late. Why would anyone want a full head of color put on a 12 yr olds hair? We loved her highlights just wanted them toned down a bit. And I never asked for no foiling!!
