I booked a teeth whitening treatment on Classpass a few months ago. I booked a 90 minute teeth whitening. When I got there I was informed it would really be 2, 30 minute session (not an issue to me at the time but definitely a reflag as this is against CP policy). I went through my first treatment and all was great and the technician was fabulous. I had to cancel my second appointment due to a scheduling conflict so I didn't get back around to scheduling the 2nd treatment til a few months later.

I called to reschedule it and they said I had to make the appointment through the website. In order to make the appointment it was asking for CC info but I had already paid for my service through Classpass. She assured me it wouldn't charge me so I went ahead and booked it.

I get to my second appointment and the technician is saying she HAS to charge me for the service. She calls her manager (I assume) and im informed I must pay for the session again(I think they offered me some discount but I don't remember the amount). Since I had already paid for the service of course I wasn't willing to pay for it twice and left.

I paid for a 90 minute teeth whitening. In the end I got a 30 minute teeth whitening. That is the definition of a scam. The woman who said I would not get charged and knew my exact situation with Classpass seemed to be the same woman who later said I must pay a second time. In that case there are only two options.
1. That person intended to scam me
2. that person is unorganized, unprofessional, and unaware of what is legal and not.

If I am wrong and it was not the same woman then #2 still applies to the business as a whole.

I have no recourse now since they aren't on Classpass anymore.

Also I just want to say the technician was fabulous and so kind. The woman on the phone without the accent is the issue.

This place is great for almost all your laser needs. Ive been coming here for almost two years now for facials and tattoo removal and just finished my final session of my removal. The tattoo is completely gone and the ladies who work there are wonderful. Always extremely knowledgeable in their field and make the painful process of tattoo removal more enjoyable.

I had trouble finding the spa after booking on class pass. I was at the address and called 10 minutes before my scheduled time to let them know I was having trouble finding the location and I might be late. The receptionist confirmed I had the wrong address and told me a similar but alternate address to go to about 10 minutes from where I was. I traveled there, called back, and again the receptionist was certain it was the address she gave me although I was standing on the street corner clearly not at the spa. I was certain their address must be wrong on class pass as the receptionist is telling me a different address and I’ve just done a wild goose chase trying to find the spa. Ultimately, I cancelled my appointment and offered to try again to find the spa and come sort this out. I was instructed to go home and send screenshots of what address I had that I was claiming was wrong. I did so and they responded saying the address I had was correct. When I asked why they instructed me to go to a different address before my appointment started, the manager jumped on via email claiming that I had never been instructed to go somewhere else. So what, I drove across town for fun? Super biazzarre. All I was asking was not for a refund, just that they don’t charge me the cancellation fee on top considering the circumstances. I had mentioned in my email I would not be writing a review (I had just been prompted from class pass to write a review) until I had heard back from them. The manager, Krissy, responded to me accusing me of threatening her with a bad review and lying about my interactions with the receptionist.

I’m sure the professionals that perform the services here are great. However, the front desk support and the manager…. I would not trust them and I would not call them professional. Ultimately, a horrible experience that killed my Saturday and all I wanted was a facial. They removed my review from ClassPass so I thought I would follow up here. I would probably take it as a sign that there aren’t many recent positive reviews.

Also, I would recommend giving yourself more than 15 minutes before your appointment if this is your first visit as the spa is not straight forward to find - although they will belittle you while denying your experience and tell you that simple Google searches could’ve solved your problems. I would also be concerned about the lack of integrity in the staff & the quick to react/lie/blame/deflect manager (Krissy) backing that up.

Would not recommend. Go to a place that cares about people.

This review is a reflection of the customer service I received and being blatantly told a wrong address over the phone, which I obviously can’t prove & Renu is unwilling to address the situation with their receptionist - leaving room for this exact thing to happen to someone else. Everyone has a right to review their experience with a business in a respectful manner which I have done.

Jola is the best for laser hair removal. She is honest about the amount of sessions it will take. I love that she checks in with me during the session to see the pain level I’m experiencing if any. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference with just 4 sessions. I always feel well taken care of and cared for. Thank you Jola!

I love this place! I have been receiving services for about a year. I started off with a tattoo laser removal & eventually decided to move forward with the hair laser removal. The results are AMAZING! Both Paige & Ashley made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Everyone there is super knowledgeable. I have already referred a few clients & just purchased a gift card for a friend because they are just amazing!!!

Someone recommended this spa to me, and I couldn’t be happier that they did. I waited until all my sessions were done, in order to give a full and honest review about this spa, and my experience. After years of waxing, plucking, threading, bleaching, and everything else in between, I realized it’s cheaper to try laser hair removal.
I purchased the laser hair removal package for upper lip/chin. After an extensive research I found that their prices are very competitive and fair.
Their staff is very professional. The spa is very clean. Jessica was knowledgeable, and one of the friendliest people I have met. At my first appointment I was a nervous wreck, and she explained every aspect of the process, and made me feel at ease.
I am so in love with the results, and the overall experience, that I’m trying to figure out what procedure I should do next.
Some reviewers mentioned their issues with being late for appointments, but I had none whatsoever. I was late once for 20 minutes and they were very understanding.
If you have any qualms or fears, don’t. Give them a call. I wish I would have done it a long time ago. Ask for Jessica, she is amazing!
