I visited on 11/13/23 and had an amazing experience. I waited two weeks to review because I wanted to see how long this service would last and provide a good review that was not based just on the first visit.

I would highly recommend. Great to have a local all inclusive business such as this. I usually go to the Atlanta area but the prices are $$$ and the drive ?

I booked with Jakira (theblaqueexperience) for a jelly pedicure and natural nail manicure.

Jakira provided top notch service. She explained every product she was using .very gentle with all services and great personality. Very cordial and pleasant to chat with.

I shared that I like to wear my natural nails but at other nail salons I had trouble keeping polish on after a day or two.

She explained that she was applying several coats of different products to my nails . One of those got the water out of the nail which she shared may be a reason the polish did not stay on. I must say my nails have not flaked off after Two Weeks of wear . Other than my natural nail growth the polish still looks great. ? I made sure to do my regular use such as gardening washing dishes typing on the computer All day. Regular wear. Crazy that I paid double to another technician only for my nail polish to start lifting and flaking off just a few days later.

As you can see in the pictures no flaking or lifting with Jakira service.

And her massage was heavenly. I did not know my legs needed it but she did an amazing job massaging y legs with the pedicure and there was no extra charge.

She took her time I was her only customer and I felt relaxed.

She has a customer for life ?

I love her personality friendly courteous and kind. And I have been loving my nails.

I have not used any other services at this business but I am truly say Jakira is worth a try. No drills used for this service

My daughter had the best time at Renewed for her 10th birthday! From booking to the experience itself, everything was so simple. I called to inquire about the possibility of hosting our event, and the gentleman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. The owner (Nicole) returned my call within hours. She explained everything to me with all the options and the process, but she did not pressure me at all to book with them. She sent over all the info we discussed for me to review immediately. I was able to text to finish the booking process (which is super convenient). The invoice and reminders were sent to my email in a timely manner. For the celebration itself, the venue was decorated nicely so I had no need to being my own decor. The girls (there were 5) were so comfortable and well taken care of. Every staff member I encountered was so sweet. We weren't rushed, and they were constantly making sure everything was good for our group. I wish I had gotten everyone's name, but Nicole, Justine, and the other two ladies really made my group feel like they were at home. Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday so wonderful and easy! The professionalism and kindness of this staff today was phenomenal!

I just had my 1st ever spa day for mother's day (courtesy of my dad) and got the works. Massage, mani/pedi, making, skincare, you name it. The ladies were all friendly and welcoming, but Nicole & Nicole who both took care of me were absolutely wonderful. They made me feel at home, and took care of my every comfort. I just can't put the praise into words for these amazing ladies. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you haven't. I'll be going back as soon as I can. I'd give 10 stars if I could. #wellnessisworthit

I got my nails done on yesterday. I wanted to love, but I couldn't lie to myself about the results anymore. I have so many dents in my nails and no consistency with the French tips. I really tried to like them. I even said I would try someone else next time, but I'm scared. I wanted to give this spa a chance to get all my business, but I can't. Every time I look at my nails, I get upset. I have to spend more money to correct them.

I’m extra late with this review. My birthday was the beginning of May and this experience was a first.! I truly enjoyed my birthday facial, hair and getting my mani, pedicure done. Soooo relaxing all three days and to top it off my husband and two sons came in to surprise me with roses.!! I’m from Michigan and the southern hospitality with relaxing music and good conversation has been a blessing.! Looking forward to getting my hair done soon as I am booking an appointment today.!

I had a great experience with Bianca today. She did a fantastic job on my hair. I will be back to see her & also try the additional services the salon offers. The atmosphere in the salon was very nice from the music to the staff.

March 14th, I paid Gabby approximately $225 to perform a traditional sewin and to have my ends clipped. This was a bad service from the jump. She doubled the tracks in the back, the topper she made was not centered in the top of my head and it wasn't thick enough to cover the tracks so she sprayed black coloring in the back of my head to hide the tracks. The bang was super thick and uneven. To top it off, the thread started coming down. I spent a week trying to get my hair right (youtubing toppers and filling in the spaces she left). I texted Gabby to let her know the tracks were coming down and she promptly responded to reschedule so she could fix it. I really did not want her to get back in my head, so I just took it down because I had an engagement. I asked her through text several times if she would consider giving me some of My money back whatever she thought was fair. Guess what..crickets and no response which has resulted in this review. She is a nice young lady and good w natural hair but traditional sewins are not her expertise. If she did not know how to perform the service, she should have declined because she had a week to determine if it was a service she couldn't perform properly. You have to put a down payment on the service, come with your hair washed, wait a week to be seen, purchase bundles and get a service that was subpar for the amount of $ I was charged. If done properly, I can wear a sewin for 2 months comfortably not 2 weeks. I ask for what is fair. I regret not taking pictures of the mess she made in my head.

This place is so calming and relaxing. If you want to come some where and get all your “SelfCare” beauty needs in one place this is the place. There is a someone to do everything. Book a whole day of pampering get your hair was & style , nails & feet done, waxes, facials and small massage on the face, neck, and shoulders to relieve tension. Please come it is worth it and everyone is highly knowledgeable.
