I go to Rejuvenation Med Spa and Laser for my laser hair removal. Andrea is super friendly and professional. I am seeing immediate results with small hair growth return and not as thick. I will be back for more treatments.

I did the 5 treatments for my underarms, absolutely loved it!! Loved it so much I did my legs and a Brazilian and is have same results!! Very little pain at all. Little to no redness. And it is so fast. For any of your spa need this is the place. Great staff and love the atmosphere!! You must check them out!!

To start, they convinced me to do that cool peel after I went in for Botox. I feel like the nurse didn’t know how to use the machine and I saw no noticeable results after a $1500 package(4 treatments). After each visit, 3-4 weeks apart, I kept telling her there have been zero results , but kept being told to wait after the next treatment. I went to another med spa and they explained to me what my results should’ve looked like after 3 treatments. I have been told by former employees that it’s a revolving door and that the nurses aren’t properly trained on the equipment.

But that’s not the worst of it. They had my card on file to make monthly payments well back in May when my card was stolen, they never once called me that my payments weren’t going through. I have too much tied to my card to remember everything. every other creditor called me to replace the card on file, except them. I never heard from them once. Plus, I went in for my remaining services and they never once asked me for a new card on file. I was served papers the other day to go to court regarding my balance. I called them after five times trying to get a hold of somebody and I asked to be put back on the payment plan to pay off the remaining balance, and the man told me absolutely not. I had to pay it in full. Wouldn’t even work with me even though they didn’t call me once. Once I called in to pay off the balance he ran my card for $50 more than the balance. Know what you’re getting into before giving this Med spa your business.
