At first I was nervous but the clinician was very understanding and thorough explaining the whole process of things. Clean and comfortable definitely want to continue HBOT. I highly recommend this however it’s not just one session this is something that you need to continue to see completes results. I plan to do 30 sessions one time per week.

Went into the Encinitas location to try out some of their wellness services. I did whole body cryotherapy for the first time… felt amazing afterwards! I also did light therapy and the compression boots in the lounge. Tyler and Ayva were super inviting and walked me through everything. Much needed wellness! About to turn another decade older and body has been giving me more pain than I anticipated. But ReJuv Cryo is what the doctor ordered. Or what I went and researched for over a year now and wanted to try out. First session was celluma stim for the face. Blue light therapy and it felt relaxing. Second service was infrared sauna and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Body feels detoxed and muscles relaxed.
