Had an appointment here with Cecilia! It was a horribly rainy day and was running late from traffic. Cecilia not only was able to squeeze me in with the remaining time due to my lateness, but balayage’d my hair better than anywhere else I’ve been. Would definitely recommend her service and the salon’s incredible pricing!

This was very bad experience I’ve ever received from any salon. I requested to color my hair from highlight blonde to cherry red but after just 3 months my original color was back which is so disappointing!!! Also I did keratin smoothing to my hair which didn’t last even for a month when they clearly said it lasts for 3-4 months. Avoid visiting this salon if you are looking for a long term solution!!!! I don’t know if their products are bad or their skills but I regret spending whole $350 for nothing !!!!

I went in for a haircut with Jessica and she was so fabulous! My hair was a mess when I came in from a botched haircut (not done at this salon!!) and she worked her magic. She has such a gift and great energy. Very knowledgeable about all things hair and would highly recommend!

I booked a last minute appointment with Cecelia and when I arrived realized that we weren't quite on the same page and there wasn't time for her to do what I wanted (my bad). Rather than rush things we cancelled the appointment. I offered to pay her for the visit since she came in just to serve me, but she graciously refused payment. I would give ten stars to Noel and Cecelia for their kind, sensitive, and supportive customer service!

Just had my first experience at raven and rose with Noel. The atmosphere was so kind and welcoming, and Noel is so sweet and talented! Im so happy with the result of my hair he did such an incredible job. I highly recommend this salon to anyone for their professionalism and execution.

I went in recently for a trim and just wanted everything to be even. Honestly I had a great time in general during the cut, everyone was very nice, and when they showed me my hair afterwards it looked fine. But unfortunately after leaving the salon and checking my hair when I got home, I realized my hair wasn't the same length at all. I'm pretty sad about how it ended up :(.... I didn't want to lose that much length and now I'll definitely have to go elsewhere to pay again to get it fixed and have it be even shorter than I expected.

The place itself looks nice and beautifully decorated. Everyone was very nice. I booked a half hour consultation together with a haircut. I really looked forward to this experience, since it was recommended by a friend of mine.
When I got there the stylist said that they did not schedule in a consultation. So after a brief description of what I was looking for we proceeded.
When I left the salon my hair was wet, so I couldn’t really tell how it would look like once it dried, especially since I have a curl to my hair. But unfortunately my dry hair looked just ridiculous! The worse cut I can remember I ever had.
However, the owners did reach out to me and offered to remedy the cut. And when I wasn’t up for it they returned the money for the original cut back to me. I thought this was very decent. Thank you!

This place is very awesome. I can't say I've had many experiences at salons but even compared to all my experiences at barber shops, this place definitely tops them for the most part. I saw they were an ambassador salon for donating hair to Wigs for Kids, so I was directed to their online appointment schedule which was super easy to do, even including confirmation and reminder texts. Just incredibly friendly staff and dog (Leila, I believe the pup's name was). Offered coffee and other beverages which was really cool too. Mari was really great, very personable and did a great job dealing with my crazy hair to be braided and cut for donation. The shampoo and conditioner she used after my haircut smelled wonderful too. Very happy with my experience here, I definitely recommend Raven and Rose!
