I had such a wonderful self-care day at my hair appointment with Nebil this week. She was incredibly sweet and attentive, really listening to what I wanted for my hair. She made sure I felt comfortable, and that I was well taken care of the entire time. I absolutely love how she did my balayage with butterfly layers—it’s exactly what I envisioned! I came in with my hair looking as shown on this picture. I asked Melissa for partial highlights, which I’ve gotten for years. She began looking through my hair and making faces. She said my hair was dry and all different colors and partial highlights would not work. I then asked her if she had any suggestions and she kept making faces and asked to sign a waiver. I asked her if she felt comfortable working on my hair at all, and she said no. I was probably in there no more than 5 minutes and realized that I was facing incompetence. I said I didn’t feel comfortable with her working on my hair neither.. and frankly I have never had any hairstylist criticize my hair and appear so insecure. and unprofessional...and to sign a waiver tells me that she doesn't trust herself. She had no suggestions neither which is questionable. Not to mention her false sense of superior self worth based on her demeanor and tone of voice.

Melina, does my lashes for a lash & tint every month or so. I love her work, she always make me feel good every time I go see her and makes my lashes look better. 10/10 always, highly recommend Melina!
