Wonderful place to stay pull through lots great for bigger rigs. We have been going here for three years and it a great place to stop for a night or longer. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable about the area.

Staff was awesome. We didn't quite fit in a space they reserved for us. The managers quickly moved us to a larger site. Clean park. You can tell they put effort in the park and guests.

The Loophole in Arizona State Law,
Is in the first paragraph of the House Bill describing the Bill.

HOUSE BILL 2255
AN ACT
amending sections 33-2107, 33-2143 and 33-2148, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to recreational vehicle
Long-Term Rental Agreements.

You are not considered a long-term RV renter until after 180 day's of consecutive rental at same space and thereby protecting the renter from excessive electric charges under Arizona State laws.
This law only applies to Long Term RV Rentals.
That amounts to Less than 5% of all RV Renters in Arizona, that includes the Campers, Vacationers with RVs.

However,
There's no provisions in the law at all for the protection of Short-Term RV renters,
Allowing these RV Parks in Arizona to inflate the Electric rates upto 100% above established by law controlled electric rate of 11 cents per kwh.

The substance of Litigation has changed!

It's Unethical Business Practices and Immoral conduct to exploit loopholes in the Law to Avoid prosecution for criminal activities otherwise illegal.

As long as the RV Renters around here are keep under RV rental short term rental conditions, they; (The RV park businesses) can charge for electric whatever they please. Allowing them to legally Steal with impunity, causing others harm

That, is not what the law intended, is it?
This is immoral and unethical business practices.....Greed.

Super awesome. Only a one night stay, but it was great. Paved roads throughout with gravel sites and concrete patios. All hook-ups worked perfectly. Lots of space to pull in and drive through. Has a great clubhouse with lots of functions happening. I know I'll be back to spend more time.

The only RV Park in Quartzsite that I know of with paved roads running through it, which really keeps the dust down. Large sites. Nice laundry room, shower and bath facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Regular activities including exercise and pot luck dinner socials at the reception hall. Nice clientele. Safe and secure.
