I’ve been coming to Q Polish for a few months now. I tried the dip because gel ruins my nails after a few rounds. The dip is amazing. My nails have never been longer or stronger. Lona is amazing! She got me to try a new shape, which I love. She does my nails exactly how I like them. She’s careful and does great every time.

Overall, customer service was good. I called because I had a few questions about their pricing, I was told $40 over the phone, ended up being quoted $45 while I was there (for dip removal & a gel manicure). I didn’t fuss about it, it’s $5. I told them I wanted a gel manicure and gel pedicure and was brought colors for dip powder only which I then asked for the gel polish colors and the lady who was doing my manicure seemed annoyed by it. When she was done with doing the full service, there was gel on my skin that I had to peel off after leaving. My pedicure was nice, I believe Henry is who did it. Someone else applied the gel, which that is peeling too and there was also gel left around my toes on my skin.

As of today, Wednesday 5/24 it is less than a week and you can see by the pictures my gel is chipping and cracking.

It was an ok overall experience but it wouldn’t be my first choice go to.

I absolutely love this place I called to set a same day appointment with Jason. They advised me he is off but will ask him to come in. I said it was okay because I didn’t want him to come in on his day off. When I came in for my appointment Jason showed up and that truly made me feel special. Jason is amazing as he delivered great services since the first time I came here. I made an appointment for my mother as well and she had an amazing experience. We came in at 6pm (they close at 7pm) and the appointment was only for two pedicures. They were able to add gel manicure for myself (Eric did an amazing job as well) and dip nails (Nancy was great) for my mother and throwing in time for a mani pedi for my daughter. They over succeeded our expectations. (Eric’s mother did an amazing job with my moms toes ) we come here for the quality and professionalism. They truly made us feel like family.

This has been my salon for over a year now! They are always nice, hygienic , and do skilled work. I’ve seen several technicians for nails, pedis, waxing- all are amazing! I feel really comfortable to ask for suggestions, and receive great ones! All of the staff want you to leave satisfied, and make your time/money worth while here.

This place is very clean and all the Nail Techs seem to be very good at their job. I particularly like Wendy, she's great, soft spoken and very friendly. Anything you ask on your nails, is done very professionally. The environment is very pleasant, as well.
