Was able to get in last minute to get our nails done before a friend’s wedding. Macy was great and patiently made all the adjustments my OCD found! Turned out a bit lighter than the nail cards, but still looks great

Absolutely horrible service!!!! I made an appointment for 2pm for 2 full acrylic sets. When we got in they were already busy and we didn’t mind waiting our turn. We waited way past our appointment time and finally one of the ladies started on my nails. However, as soon as she was done with my nails she said that she has another appointment and that someone else will have to finish my sister’s nails. Were there for 2 hours and only got one person’s nails done. I understand places being busy however kicking us off our chairs after we waiting hours and tending to someone else in unacceptable. We had an appointment as well as the other person. They tended to walk ins faster than us! I don’t think they care but we will not be returning anymore.

One of the elder ladies did my nails horrible , cut each one of my cuticles, it’s been 3 days and I have a broken nail already . They are thin , I asked for tapered square , the lady kept telling me coffin was what I was talking about , my choice of color was very cute though.

Will never be coming here again they could even fo a regular french tip instead they just added a white nail.. my gma use to do nails and she used the white powder to make the french tip u nail artist are trying to get away with so much cant even do actual nails so i just made her do white instead there acrylic everywhere and my nails are crooked never again im livid but my sister's nails look perfect.

This place is AMAZING!!! I called and they got me an appt same day for a full set. I got there and was immediately sat down and started on. I showed them a picture of ombré coffin nails and she girl said okay no problem! I really wanted the ombré nude instead of pink and white and she did one nail asked if I was okay with it before continuing! She matched the picture perfectly and seriously did beyond my expectations. I have gone to so many places and by far they did the best. They also got me in and out in under a hour which is nearly impossible to do! I would definitely check them out if you are needing a good nail place

Elsa did a beautiful job on my nails, she helped me with different ideas on how to decorate them plus she was super careful and gentle the whole time. She is an all around lovely person.

I went there yesterday at 5pm. The lady asked me to come back at 6pm. I took a nap in my car because didn't want to waste gas. 6pm I walk in and she says I have an appointment running late, can you wait another 30min. I sat there for 15min and didn't see anyone come in not did anyone come back up to talk to me I walked out. All I wanted was my nails and feet done for RN graduation on Thursday. She could have told me she couldn't fit me in instead of wasting my time. Almost all salons were closed now. Thank goodness Betty nails fit me in and even stayed late to make sure I was perfect for my graduation. I will never go to this place again or recommend it to anyone. Completely unprofessional and rude.
