This is not my usual place but I went to accompany my daughter who was getting some fancy nails. I was simply getting my SNS redone. The young man doing her nails very rudely told me no he was not doing my nails and sent me to someone else. I went on Monday and the pictures show what my nails look like on Thursday. I will never return.

For starters, they could be a little bit more friendly. Everybody has a frown on their face like they have an attitude. When you walk in, they just stare you down and don’t even speak …I wish their energy matched the Aesthetics and decor of the place.
I paid for a full set of stiletto nails totaling $85 within one week several nails popped off. I returned they fixed the nails for free, but then other nails proceeded to pop off. I didn’t want to come back and pay for services For them to fix those additional nails, so I allowed time to pass considering I just paid the $85 I felt like they would try to charge me to fix the other nails. Keeping in mind two people worked on my hand. I let time pass and decided to come back and get a new set which are stiletto nails. They are much shorter, but they are $60 when They should be $40. It’s always a different price never a set price and I just feel overcharged.
One of the guys seen the disappointment in my face and He starts to babble about His opinion on how he feels this is a good price and I wouldn’t get it cheaper anywhere else. That is a lie for this length I was overcharged charge.

I come here religiously every two weeks and bring my daughter with me once a month! They take really good care of her and make her as comfortable as possible! Every pedicure we get lasts longer than I would expect! The people are always super nice and friendly with plenty of options for pedicures and full sets! My daughter is 8 and loves the paraffin wax and colorful water. I’ve been to several nail places and this one has been far the best service!

I don’t often get my nails done, I’ve been coming here for about a year. The staff have always been kind and welcoming and even when they’re busy. I get my feet done more than anything and the staff have always done a great job. I’ve never felt rushed at all when I’ve come here.

Disappointed yet again! I can’t seem to find a decent nail salon in this entire city of McDonough, GA! They want to charge these astronomical prices for sub par work. The lady was nice, but her work left lots to be desired. The pictures attached are same day pictures. It’s my fault that I left out of the building without thoroughly checking the work, but I thought “how hard could it be to do gel polish?”, right? Well, apparently it’s pretty darn hard. Every shop I’ve gone to I’ve had to speak up for myself and demand quality work, but this time I just let them have it. But I honestly work too hard for my money to keep throwing it away.

I came by a week ago and got SnS by Lucas and he left my nails very lumpy and thin. Three nails have broken so far. I showed the owner Justin my nails went I went by to fix 1 and he didn’t care to fix them, just the 1 broken nail AND he was very rude. Never going back! Money wasted!

I am new to the area and my friend recommended this nail salon. Beautiful establishment. I don’t know the name of my nail tech or the lady who did my pedicure. It’s decent for a quick job. Attention to detail would have been better with my nails. He didn’t polish every tip and his polish is a little bumpy. The polish is bleeding over into the edges of my skin and looks a little sloppy from up close. My pedicure was nice. She was attentive to my cuticles. Pressure could have been a bit more firm during the sugar scrub. I didn’t not receive a massage. I’m super specific about my nails and pedicures, and only go to one person in Kennesaw. So, considering I’m in McDonough, I think it’s a good spot. Everyone is friendly and it’s clean.
