i’m not too sure where all the great reviews came from. went there friday last week and did not have the best experience. I got my two daughters manicures. my daughter wanted birthday nails. she asked for balloons & a number 7. I showed him a picture of the balloons she had asked for. the tech did her balloons straight lines & I asked him to connect them to make them look like balloons, not lollipops because I didn’t feel he was capable of doing them like the picture at that point. they still don’t look like balloons & her number 7 did not turn out nice either.
as for my other daughter, she asked for a flower, looks more like a turtle or a deformed flower. even the male tech next to him laughed and said no when he asked if he liked it.
my daughters were happy with their nails, so I didn’t complain. but I definitely was not satisfied. paid 62$ and gave them a 10$ tip each because i’m not going to not pay for a service. picture of their nails & the techs who did them.

I unfortunately had a bad experience with one of the guys, Frankie. He asked me if I wanted my nails square as they were already that shape from my previous manicure. I told him yes but he filed my nails in an oval shape with a majority of them slanted. My thumbs were the most slanted and I asked him to fix them. He continued to file them slanted and after asking again to fix them and seeing they weren’t going to get better I gave up. He then cut 3 of my fingers with the cuticle clipper which resulted in my fingers bleeding the whole appointment. There was no apology or discount offered when he was well aware he had cut my fingers as he kept putting oil on them and cleaning the blood. As seen in the pictures my nails are not square and most if not all are slanted. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Everyone @ posh nail bar is fantastic but Kendra is exceptional ❤️ she is always such a joy and so gentle with me. We joke every single time that this time was her best yet. Her precision is outstanding! Kendra, thumb girl loves you 🤣 she did my nails for my engagement photos and even my photographer was impressed ✨

I’m not sure where to begin. I asked for chrome no chip and was left with this mess😭🥴 I have never had my nails painted this poorly. My nails are lumpy, scratched and have paint all around them. They look like they are 2 weeks grown out because she didn’t go all the way back.. I called shortly after and asked if I can come back in the morning and if they could just take it off and for a refund and was told they couldn’t do that. So disappointed.

update 7/25
Went back the next day since they wouldn’t refund me, ,only redo it. Danny fixed my nails and they’re SOO MUCH better! (3rd pic) he took his time and it’s a night and day difference.
They still offered no apology or acknowledged the mess I was left from the first time.

Danny is so kind and knowledgeable. He makes sure my nails are perfect. I never have to wait. Everyone is very kind. The prices are very reasonable.

The women that did my nails did not know what she was doing. 3 fellow nail tech came by to supported and teach. She tried a few more times and another person finished my nail. She was on the phone during my appointment, talking to other nail techs about a fellow nail tech not in the salon. Very rough with my nails. Her tools looked unsanitary. I would NOT recommend this place.

If I could give “0” stars, I definitely would. My daughter received THE worst dip EVER! So thick it looks like someone glued on some really bad nails from the convenience store. They had the nerve to stand there and tell me it looked good! Then tried to tell me her nail beds are curved (they are not) she asked for “pearl” and received bright white. Everything about this visit was so wrong. I’ve been coming to the shop since it opened and have always gotten great service. You’d think they’d have compensated for this horrible nail job (or at the very least apologized. I still can’t believe I was really charged for her nails. NEVER coming back!!!

Posh Nails is our favorite nail salon! The technicians are knowledgeable and detail-oriented. They do beautiful work and take care of us well. Frankie always gives a lovely manicure and pedicure! I trust this salon.
